  1. I'll take the 306 shale car and the #2 Tarmac car, please.
  2. I have attached an article that was written for Motorsport News a couple of years back (thanks to Chris53 on Stoxnet for the original post), about the contact element of F1 Stock Cars with input from 515 and 391. [attachmentid=20341][attachmentid=20342] [attachmentid=20343][attachmentid=20345] After taking part in a couple of test meetings with mixed success, I am coming to the opinion that once people get to grips with the game, its handling, etc it will only get better. I think the amount of problems people were having with contact was not helped by the track. Sexbeirum being wide open meant people were taking different lines in and off the bends so contact between bumpers/nerfs to the inside rear wheel was more common than it would be at Ipswich Dirt for example. However having said that I am not convinced the contact is 100% correct yet. I tried to use the method shown in the second diagram a couple of times last night and each time it resulted in me being spun round instantly and the driver on my outside not really moving from their own racing line, plus there were occasions were I was hitting slow moving traffic square on the rear bumper and all my car wanted to do was spin round even when I had lifted off the throttle. I agree with this, however watch the F1's round Sheffield and there is a lot of bumper on nerf contact which done in Rfactor would result in the car giving the contact getting into a spin.
  3. Mine and Johno's skins: 2shale.zip 2tarmac.zip 3shale.zip 3tarmac.zip
  4. When you say holes do you mean like those on Aub's skin below? [attachmentid=19862] If it is, there are a couple of potential solutions on this page (scroll down to Wrightys post)
  5. Michael2 booking in. No skin in the pack so will use what ever I am told to use.
  6. The templates are available on the F1 Stockcars page of Rfactor Central.
  7. A method I found in photoshop that can save a bit of time is by playing with the inner glow settings for each panel (when layered). [attachmentid=18293] If you set the inner glow to something like the above screenshot it sould add the lines for you. It only follows the shape of the layer so if you want curved corners you may be best to follow wrighty's method.
  8. There is a basic skin painting guide on Rfactorcentral.
  9. Is this the site you were thinking of Trav? www.answersthatwork.com/Tasklist_pages/tasklist.htm
  10. Is this any good to you Pusher?: Picture taken from F1stockcars.co.uk
  11. If there is room I would be up for a race tonight as Brooke Tatnall no.6
  12. After having my first play online with the game last night (cheers for the server Pedz), I would definitely be interested in racing.
  13. If you go down to the gate where the transporters go into the stadium, you should be able to pay to get in there rather than at the turnstiles.
  14. Running a search in the Stoxnet Gallery for Odsal & Bradford comes up with a few pictures.
  15. Here you go m8. liquimoly.zip
  16. I am in the same boat as Woka and James, I can not get access most of the day through kev149.com both at work and at home, using the IP address works to a degree but means I can not log in. Also I have yet to be able to see the F2 web-ste that Mav created as it comes up the same as the forum does no matter which address I try.
  17. Are your brake and reverse button set the same or even your accelerate and reverse button?
  18. I agree, would be good to have a has been (or a never was) section on the site.
  19. Have you installed Nascar Heat? The Nascar Heat folder should have a few files and folders in it after installation.
  20. Long Eaton or Scunthorpe of the closed tracks, currently would have to be Kings Lynn for shale and Skegness for tarmac.
