  1. If you have rFactor, the mod and the skinpacks installed then copy those replay files (.vcr) to your rFactor\ReplayFridge\Replays\ folder and you'll be able to view the replay in game (Replay Fridge). As Wardieee points out, you can watch
  2. Well done Reece for domination tonight (I didn't notice the clean sweep when I posted the results up!), domination!!! Thanks Stumpy and Wardieee for their stewarding assistance tonight. I thought the track worked out quite well (I've never raced a meeting on the long track), although will agree I was disappointed with the quality of both final starts (I hope / thought the second was much improved though). All in all some good racing on a "different" track, pretty brutal at times. ... For the novices - I would firstly draw your attention to the skinpack thread that FastTrack has just posted. Please get yourself a skin sorted out - it's only for your benefit... you'll be eligible to race in championship races, but more importantly it'll help everyone else identify who it is they're racing against. Secondly, note that there are controller configuration guides and car setup guides on the UKSOM and UKDirt websites. Thanks all for racing.

  6. Congratulations Ryan! It was a tough meeting with a lot of cars racing on a small track and the World Final was certainly action packed. Thanks for the meeting Jake, James and Stumpy.
  7. Grade changes for September 2015. UP TO SS DOWN TO RED 800 UP TO RED DOWN TO BLUE 380, 167, 233 UP TO BLUE 221 DOWN TO YELLOW 17 UP TO YELLOW DOWN TO WHITE 589, 599, 79 Congratulations to those drivers upgraded and commiserations to those downgraded.
  8. Thanks for the meeting Ben and Stumpy. I have to say, I was nothing more than in the right place to be gifted both the F1 and F2 final wins at Sexbierum this last week... but that's just the way racing goes sometimes. As Stumpy said I ended up sliding on my roof over the dirt piles at one point - I was a bit grumpy in the immediate aftermath but could only chuckle when I watched the replay and saw there was nothing to it. As for the racing in general... I think it's been of a reasonable level the last few weeks and this season in general. As for novices... everyone has to start somewhere, let's not scare everyone away before they've had a chance to get into it...
  9. At the Saloon Stock Car World Final the coin toss was conducted. Jake #691 called heads, the coin fell heads and Jake selected to start in the inside position. The grid is as follows... The first post in this thread is updated with Semi-Final results, and eligibility information for the Consolation Semi-Final. Preview to follow...
  10. Thanks for the meeting Toff and Stumpy, cracking stuff. Unlucky FT in the final.

  14. Thanks for the meeting Jake and James, great fun. Well done Ben and Reece.
  15. Just a reminder for drivers in Semi Final #1 that it is tomorrow, don't forget to book in.
  16. Grade changes in F1 are only by the end of month regrading. The only exception to this is heavy scoring white tops (50 or more points would mean a grade review).
  17. Some stages require massive commitment. I thought I tackled some sections fast but then earlier I saw this video: which I had to check it hadn't been sped up, crazy fast! That's insane. I almost would like to see the accel/brake/h.brake info (like you used to get camera shots of in WRC coverage) for my curiosity. I felt like I was really struggling to make the handbrake work/make the car turn. But still, I've barely touched the setup side of things so presume I can find an easier life in there somewhere.
  18. Foolishly jumped straight in and destroyed the car with a few big offs on the first three stages. Then realised the last three stages are the ones I liked, so limped it through with little issue (apart from all the warning lights being on). I don't have anywhere near the confidence required to fly through the wet gravel/forest type stages... and half the time when I do, I feel I can't react quickly enough to a call of 2/1/hairpin a few feet in front of the car! Fun though.
  19. Congratulations to MartynR #518 for winning the final! Thanks all for racing, and Stumpy for the help stewarding.
