My guess is he aint racing anymore.............. which some peeps will :appl: and others :banghead2:

It should be Sittard, but since they merged with Geleen..........hes been calling it Shitfard.

Which is fine by me, cause I live in Sittard and the winddirection is most of the time towards Geleen...........so he can smell my !#"%#%&.

Well, u get the idea...........:rofl:

Tell yer big big brother we need him back in BL. He was Evil by name and Evil by nature

  3. We now have 23 confirmed as going (although a few have still to Paypal me their deposits (**hint hint**)) to Hednesford on the 22nd.

Its a Luxury Coach and there are still plenty seats left if you want to join us then PM me or post here and I'll get your details.

    Cheers,

Now at 36 saying they want to go although only around half of those have actually paid their deposit.

IF they all turn up cost should be no more than £12.

Thanks to those have have paid their deposit

Still room for a few more....

  4. Truely amazing Chops, as a beginner i look up to you and many others on here who produce art work to this standard....

Uh? Importing some models in 3D max, move them around and then hitting the F9 button to render them is already called "looking up to art work of this standard"?

Sorry m8 but you must be joking.

The praise goes to the ones that have build all the actual models and done the skinpainting. Without them there wouldn't even be this whole rush of renders from everybody

The above comment is aimed at the "render boys" in general. It's nothing personal to you Chops

    Dragon

I'm sure Dave meant no offence Dragon, after all he is a beginner as stated in the post.

At least he posted praise of the work done rather than the more normal newbie post of 'why haven't you done this track or that track yet?'

By the way those pictures are stunning! Well done to all involved (including the modellers  rolleyes.gifthumbup.gif

  6. Guys,

Can any of the older guys on the site remember a stock car game for the ZX Spectrum.... we are going back to around 1983 or 1984, I know some of you were not even a twinking in your Dad's eye then........

It was based on F1 Stock Car Drivers...... from memory I am sure I ordered it from one of the wee advetts in the back of Stock Car magazine.........

Downloaded an emulator the other day, just for a wee walk down memory lane and thought about this game.....

Any help would be greatly appreciated....

    Cheers,

    Davie G

Only one I can find is http://www.mobygames.com/game/3d-stock-car-championship

  8. Details of the coach to Hednesford are as follows:

Leaving Glenrothes bus station at 06:00am then via Racewall at 06:20, Forth Road Bridge Tolls at 06:35, then via Harthill Services at 07:00 and then down the M74 / M6 to Hednesford in time for the racing. We don't have time to vary greatly from that route but if you're on the main road then we can probably stop and pick you up.

Returning after the DD's via the same route in reverse (direction not gear).

Cost is entirely dependant on numbers but as a rough guide...

Maximum price £18 a head but if we can fill the 49 seater coach it would be only £9 each!!

What I need now is definite names and some sort of deposit (£10 a seat) by January 8th 2006.

PM if you'd like to book your seat.

Its like Bid Up TV. The more that go the cheaper it gets!

I'll keep you updated with numbers confirmed as we get closer to the day.

DON'T FORGET YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY TO GET INTO HEDNESFORD....  rolleyes.gif
