I do agree with that, but, I also strongly belive that those 3 currently accused of doing that, are not infact guilty also. It seems that even by trying to calm things down, I am not doing the right thing.

In all honesty there seems to be some mass scare-mongering going on at the moment. Hack the forum, hack pay-pal, hack ebay, hack the Hadron Collider! The way that Ive so far seen things in the last 2 days, is that as it stands, 3 members have been ACCUSED of hacking. The evidence posted on here: http://forum.kev149.com/index.php?showtopi...t=0&start=0 does indeed show that somebody has at some point hacked into someones private mail account, but at ANOTHER forum, not this one. However, this post/link does show that somebody did gain access/ pass on secret information posted on this forum and give it to one of the previous mentioned 3 members: http://i84.photobucket.com/albums/k5/theboss295/111111-1.jpg After speaking to these 3 members ACCUSED of hacking, they have all strongly and flatly denied that they have played any part/attempted to hack into or gain access to any areas that they should not have been looking in/at. They have insisted that they where forwarded these ' snippets' of information by A.N.Other person, very much it would seem in the same way that UK Dirt admin recived the original link posted above. Im sure that where they capable of defending themselves here, which they can not at the moment, they would tell you all exactly the same thing AND after knowing 2 of them for the last 3/4 years, I would not doubt them in the very least. For the sake of forum sanity, would it not be wise to stop all this he said/she said, hacked this, hacked that, busted my pay-pal account, brought down IBM, broke into the USAF Ballistic missile computer net and started WW3 B/S? As far as Im aware, from the posts made by admin on this forum, investigations are still being made, so untill ALL information has been looked at, would it not be wise to just wait and see what ACTUALY happened? In all honesty, from my viewpoint anyway, surely if someone had access to pay-pal account details etc, then they surely, by now, wouldve cleared them all out, totaly deleted the forum etc and now be sat on a beach somewhere sipping cocktails paid with by their ill earned gains, rather than waiting to see if they will be allowed to ever race this league again ?

Oh well, my mistake, after all, since when did rips and tairs look owt like running paint....next time I'll just STFU and not waste my time.

I use PSP8 and to create dripping/running paint I used the warp brush tool. Just had a quick play with my paint program and created this. Its pretty rough as it was a rush job, but take some time and it will give you the drippy paint look.

Just had a quick look through my fonts, brushed, Feast of flesh BB and MUKOKUSEKI KITCHEN all give you that rough/quickly hand painted look

Im pretty sure there is a font that gives the effect of runny/dripping paint. If you mean for the edges of different colours on cars, warp brush/very fine use of the paint brush tool? All this fuss that peeps make over doing minted skins and then someone comes along and wants to make a rough looking one!

Paint Shop Pro 8 here. Must be idiot proof, as I can use it with no trouble. What ever package you decide to go with, try a search on Ebay first, bought mine off there for a fiver, with some other office packages chucked in too.

TBH, it just looks like mud/brown overspray. You need to use lots of different shades of brown to achieve a realistic rusty look. Just look at rusty car to see what I mean.

It wont work in the UK Dirt bangers mod as its only in use in the free leagues. It dosent run on UK Dirt physics.

the actual car file, the converted tga, should be named : car55.tex that should be placed in the folder the entry in the drivers tex file should be as Ryan posted, thats aslong as you ARE actualy using a granny MK2 saloon. If you have no cars showing up at all, its because you have deleted all the other important details from the drivers txt entries. the drivers tex file should read as follows, minimum: ; -------------- ; drivers.txt ; use caution when editing this file!!! ; 2ltr @ buxton ; 23/08/2007 ; -------------- table Driver number 55 name B4RKER chassis granIIs rank 1 race_image 100 body_style ccar end end

Pedz, WTF was that? Looks like practicaly NO preperation went into it....the guys lucky to get out alive. I wouldnt bother....someone did that a while back and the thread ended up getting deleted due to too many cruddy/useless pictures getting posted in it. If a modler wants any pictures and cant find any, then they will soon post up about it.

Erm, theres already a Mondeo hatch and estate, so why go to the bother of having another one made? If swindys going to make a new model, hes better off making something completely different as oposed to a different variation of something that we've already got. Ooh, ooh! What about a 2ltr E MK3 Cortina? How about a Rover P6 V8, or a Morris 1000 ( Billy Blunder) or a Moggy Minor? Either Morris could be given the same type physics as the Anglias and then there would be an alternative chassis to use for the 1200 formula meetings?
