I've got a 360 and would recomend it over a PS3. I'm not loyal to either brand, I just got what i thought was best at the time which was the 360 and I think it still is. 360 for games and much better online (and price) PS3 for reliablility, but saying that Xbox have extended the warranty to 3 years, but you'd still have to wait while its send away for repairs.

As you know when you buy the licence to run the full game you get 5 free "re-activations" now due to problems with my PC I'm now down to my last one before shelling out another £25 So if I install this patch does this count as one of the 5 activations?
