  1. I recently wiped my hard drive... I've tried to install Nascar Heat - but when I go to install it I get this message.. [attachmentid=19526] I actually have 140 Gigs spare. I've seached the net and forum and just wounder if anyone has a solution. Cheers for reading
  2. Perhaps he will join Spedeworth?
  3. You spent a lot of your own time and effort creating such a great model - and the way you can move the HIAB arm around in Max is truly great. You done the decent thing and shared it with everyone and in return you get stung! shocking stuff
  4. What terrible news Was shocked when I first read it. I've been interested in and watching Rally my whole life, and rember seeing Colin winning everything when he was in his Subaru Impreza. Same as Kruiz I was big fans of Richard Burns and Colin Mcrae - 2 of Britain's best ever Rally drivers. And now they have both gone. :(
  5. Think i've herd about that before, whats it all about? lol
  6. Nice clean car Ernie, how many layers of polish did you use?
  7. Looks good! Good luck and have fun!
  8. Type some rude or naughty words into the "Search" feature, you may be surprised at the number of posts it returns when you type certain words in. It will also give a list of culprits. lol
  9. True! If you’ve got some old car, its better to smash it up racing then let it rot into dust. Like them saying those old engines are mechanical marvels, but its better to see them being used one way or another than just sit on display or in a shed. I was down at the Brighton speed trials today, there were lots and lots of very fast cars and bikes. Many of which were vintage cars, F1 and Le Mon cars from the 1920's and 1930's. Among them was a super charged 8 litre Bently, and other 70/80 year old relics from the past, some worth around £100,000! And most years there’s a "priceless" Bugatti, again around 80 years old. Everyone stands round admiring them, then the owners take them, fire them up then thrash them down the drag strip, and absolute sight and sound to behold - vintage super cars being used for what they were designed for - brilliant
  10. Happy birthday mate
  11. How about this, a "Tractor" powered by a WW2 Rolls Royce Griffin aircraft engine. A mighty 27 litre V12. But it doens't just have one engine, it has two! Thats a total of 54 litres capacity over 24 cylinders. I wounder what horse power that develops? Worse still I wounder how many mpg's it returns!! Heres the video:
  12. Nice one Crewie LMFAO!!
  13. As your from Brighton you wouldnt happen to know Glen "Gonzo" Beavis would you? I have been trying to get hold of him as he builds some crackin H-Frames for very reasonable money. Not herd of him mate lol
  14. Certainly looks like a top meeting, any idea on numbers this year? Fingers crossed I'll be there
  15. Which Gala night are do you mean?
  16. No doubt if his article gets on Wikipedia it will probably be edited as well to cover up any cover ups
  17. Although that looked dangerous, and the rope could have strangled him to death, its still funny as hell Poor kid looked terrified
  18. I'm talking about an analogue controller, with sticks like a PS2 Pad, so with finly tuned thumbs you can have good control, not an on/off switch like keyboard keys. Also pads are less physical, I find a pad is also more comfortable plus you can put your feet up lol

    nice
  20. Many months ago I bought 100 quids worth of steering wheel and pedals, and I have only used it a hand full of times, and never for an online meeting. The wheel was fun for rFactor, and I agree you can have a greater degree of control. I found that, depending on your settings the game pad has a much quicker response eg going from one lock to the other means you have to turn the wheel all the way round (depending on sensitivity settings) and if you have force feed back on full that can take a vital second or two, its much quicker just to flick your thumb over the analogue stick on a game pad, and can save you spinning, or getting round that tight corner quicker. Thats what I found anyway, but each to their own

    Virus?

On XP Start Button --> All Programs --> Accessories --> System Tools --> System Restore Then follow the Wizard, be careful though, as some times people can loose files for good, so It may be worth backing up your important files first
