I agrre with Mcrew that some drivers are a bit shal we say 'uninviting to newbies' such as myself, as i have taken a fair amount of abuse in practise sesions in f1 and f2, all of which were purely driving error (spinning out), but got slagged off, even though it was my first week in ukdirt. If you act like this you will only make individuals such as kane (not that i'm sticking up for him) rebel and hit you harder in the next race. I am meerly suggesting that veterans should be slightly more forgiving of simple driving errors in our first few weeks as online racing is a brand new experience, and ceertainly a lot more aggresive, competitive and fast-paced than i thought it would be so it does take while for us newbies to adjust. I have to say if i were a world champ there is no way i would want to let go of my settup, and would for sure release a duff one instead. Cheers Kruiz

Whats happening with skeggy? I have a shale test version but that was about ayear ago. Is anyone still develping it or has everyone given up with it, because it wasn' that far from being finished. (although i think it was a bit too big).

Did any1 else not get Destruction Derby Raw? (The third demolition derby game) I think that is the best banger game ever made. Closely followed by Driven 2 Destruction. Flatout 2 is still a bit arcadey really. The bloke flying out thw window spoils a great game in my opinion. And the chassis doesn't bend it just explodes. When will atari see sense and make an ovalracing game with a career mode to work up through the formulas? Starts off with bangers etc. then moves up towards Saloons etc. then F2 & F1? Its got to happen soon surely?

Yep, ukdirt is reguarly updated meaning they get all of the chassis. BH2005 hasn't been properly updated for a long time so it is a bit out of date for the new skins such as the ones you mentioned. There is a way around this however. You need to read the drivers.txt and find out which cars do not work. Note the name of the chassis for each car that doesn't work then go into ukdirtf1 game folder and copy and paste the '.car' file into the bh2005 folder. For example Mal Browns would be 'burns.car'. That is the file that bh2005 is missing and needs for the game to work with Mal Brown. Carlos Perez would be 'db515.car' copy and paste that file from ukdirtf1 to bh2005. Do this with all the cars that don't work in your bh2005 game and the problem should stop. Hope that helps mate, Kruiz
