Hi all For some reason ukdirt bangers keeps on crashing, when I go to connect to any server...I have tried the other mods but keep on getting the same error log. This probably does play a major part in the problem, but the problem has only just started after I re-installed my graphic card drivers Hopefully should sort it, as I have been looking forward to tonights Pre 68 event for a while! Thanks in advance guys Error log is...HERE

Hello Jack I've had that error a few times as well..trying to play older games and converting skins using msdos...Try this, it worked first time for me Go to - My Computer\C:\WINNT or WINDOWS\Repair..copy the autoexec.nt file into the system 32 folder. System32 folder is in yer WINDOWS/WINNT FOLDER btw. Should get rid off it m8

Computer & an internet connection m8! . Visit http://www.whatismyip.com to get yer ip address. Give it out to all yer players. .Open banger heat and go to the multiplayer screen...click 'create' and type a name for yer server. If you've given the right ip out people should come! . You can set yer server to thick or thin by selecting cable/dsl or LAN. It may be an idea to disable yer firewall when your hosting as well, sometimes that causes problems. Hope that sorta answers yer question m8

Hiya .First up visit http://www.whatismyip.com Here you will find yer ip address, give that to yer mates or post it on the server announcements. . In multiplayer window, click 'create' and give a name to yer server. You can also choose how many people you would like to race. To set your server to thin or thick, go into C:\Programme Files\Hasbro Interactive\Nascar Heat\Ukdirt Bangers...now look for a file called 'options.cfg' Right click on the .cfg file and selet open with notepad. Go down until you find something saying - svr_force_thick no. Simply change it to yes if you want it on thick or no if you don't! hope some of that helps

hi guys...a few questions about setting up 2 computers to share the same internet. When I try to set ICS up on my computer(windows 2000) it says it will give my network card this address:192.168.0.1...I click ok and the following error comes up ERROR 783: INTERNET CONNECTION SHARING CANNOT BE ENABLED. THE LAN CONNECTION SELECTED AS THE PRIVATE NETWORK IS EITHER NOT PRESENT, OR HAS BEEN DISABLED. I have 2 network cards in both pc's(all installed) and I think its an RJ45 cable running from each one. BTW the other machine is running windows 98. I've also been looking at routers, seems like they do a good job so...Will this be the solution or will I still have to go through ICS, probably getting the same error! Plus are routers compatible with all operating systems? any help would be great as you can read...not too good at this networking!
