  1. Hi try some of these links...buy most of my parts on the internet and all in good condition. http://www.ebuyer.com http://www.novatech.co.uk http://www.dabs.com dunno if it beats the prices in the shops tho..probably!
  2. Been with tiscali broadband for nearly 2 years now and had no problems, really good service. Got some really good deals on at the moment at a very good price!...http://www.tiscali.co.uk/products/broadban...code=ZZ-NL-11XY Wish the prices were like that when I ordered it! Don't get AOL, especially not the 7.0 version!

  5. Hi trav Just read the game specifications and it says it only needs a 64MB video card, don't know why it won't go with yours tho ...I say a brand new decent 64 meg card will cost around 20 - 30 pounds, and they go on ebay for quite cheap as well! If ya did buy a new card, so simple to install!...Open up the case, look for the 3/4 white slots on the motherboard(PCI SLOTS) and insert the card into one of them, screw it to the case and your done! You will then have to install the drivers from the CD the card came with. upto you m8!
  6. Hi frits Im not sure if this is what yer after, but it does say stuff about compressing video files! http://www.flydragonsoft.com/compress-avi.htm Lots of other decent stuff on there as well, like MPG converter, AVI to MPG converter etc..
  7. are you using the java chat of ukdirt site...not mirc one? Anyway to check if you have java applications enabled, go to 'tools' in an internet window up the top, 'internet options' and select the 'security' tab. Click once on the internet(Picture of the world!) and select 'custom level' at the bottom. Scroll down until you find 'java permissions' and select 'high safety'. Also scroll down until you find 'scripting of java applets' and select enable. Click OK on that window and apply on the other one. Be also an idea to use MiRc m8! hope this helps

  11. lo aussie First up you have to upload the music file, geocities only supports .midi and .wav! You can do this by signing in and when your on the homepage, look for the advanced tool box and select 'Easy Upoad' Upload it there. Open pagebuilder and look up the top for 'Add ons' and select background music from there. Click choose and select the music file you uploaded. If you want the music to keep continuing select 'loop' Click OK and it should all be done! Remember only supports .midi and .wav, no .mp3 hope thats helps
