Hello All,

Once again I think that the racing has ben nthing short of sensational. I had some fantastic battles throughout the night as I think most people did.

Congratualtions to Aub (188) on taking the Grand Final win tonight as well as 2 heat wins. Well done to Harman (262) on a very consistent night of places which has meant that he finishes the night as the top scorer.

It was good to see the white top drivers doing so well tonight. Big Al (515) and Scootaah (339) both scored points and Waqar was getting better and better throughout the night. I am sure a scoring finish is just around the corner! It is important to remember though that from time to time you will trip over these guys. They are trying there best just like everyone else on the grid and are the firstd rivers to apologise if something goes wrong. I just wanted to make a point though that they really are improving as the results and points show - so well done guys!

Next week we will be moving back onto the shale. Kings Lynn has been remodelled thanks to Madcowie with the corners now containing banking. This meeting will also see the introduction of a new competition - the UK Dirt F1 Premier League. Look here throughout the week for more information.

Cheers

Johno

Awesome stuff tonight lads, what a way to start the season. Wasn't sure what to expect from my "proper" debut from blue and the first two heats were real eye openers...bumpers were flying in everywhere and by the time everyone sorted themselves oot, the right rear tyre was cooked. Got lucky eventually in Heat 3, the Final and Grand National...managed to get the early breaks away from the kamikaze pack and was chuffed to be able to keep up with the leaders and look after the tyres. Mustn't grrrrumble...was a grand way to vent some frustrations after a tough day in the new job!

Certainly some hard and hectic stuff tonight but I can't complain too much having managed to score in each of my races. Well done to Aub for winning the Final and Harmen top scoring  Be sure not to miss next week at King's Lynn folks ;)

Thanks Johno and all stewards,

Corny

I was gutted when i had to book out due to work yesterday afternoon. Just out of interest what sort of laptimes were being produced?

Well done to Aub and Harman. Sounds like it was a great meeting. Hoepfully see you all at Kings Lynn.

I managed to get myself spun out in every race  fortunately in the final I did a complete 360 so didn't lose too much time, and ended up missing a big crash that took most of the reds out. Last bend was pretty cool, everyone went in fast to avoid a last bender only to find a couple of cars on the racing line and a mad dash to try and get round them.

Had some good racing with Dode (in pretty much every race) and Johno, amongst others.
