BigAndyW
Hi all I've found a G25 wheel setup, but it doesn't have the gearstick, just the pedals and wheel. Do I actually need the gearlever setup, or can I get by without one. Cheers Andy
southy277
I have the G27 and the gearstick unit is still in the packaging. Think most people use the flappy padals on the wheel. Bit like racing a F1 car.

jakie33
Hi well i use the gearstick which leaves my padels free one on the left i use as my rear view mirror and plus on a g27 the buttons can use for adjusting braking seat height look right and left and you can also scroll on your lcd sreen for lap poistions and so on
DanSkin
It should work fine without the shifter... I do use the gearstick and extra buttons on the shifter (brake bias, display options, pit button, etc), but imagine I could easily get by without it.
