i agree partly with what you say m8 but look at it the way i am 90% of ukdirt is made up from mature members with the other 10% being kids. sure i like a laff and joke but i wouldnt dare post my disliking of another member either on the forum or in a signature. i for 1 am sick of reading posts with enough shoite to fertilize a 20 acre field. i reluctantly paid my jolt fees for this year and up till now nothing has spurred me to think about racing or renewing my fee's next year. we rely on members funding for the servers and there is a minority on this forum showing ukdirt as not a very friendly place. the reason i dont race anymore is i cant be (_,_)'d with the you did this why did you do that im telling my mummy you hit me into the fence. i once made the fatal mistake of spitting the dummy and had a go at a member i went to bed still angry about my race being wrecked and woke up in the morning and thought i made a complete (.) of myself last night. since then i did my talking on the track. (ask daveyboy when he was leading the British f1 on the last bend hehe). if many of the mature members were to adopt the same views and feelings i have about ukdirt now ask yourself how long jolt is going to be here for. we rely on fresh members to help finance jolt, website, and forum and as i stated in my original post i do not think the forum represents ukdirt in a positive way with stupid posts like several members have posted.
-
why so many of the original ukdirt members have chosen to stop racing and being an active part on this forum. threads like This imo show ukdirt in a negative way. if i wasn't familiar with ukdirt and someone said to me you should join this online racing thing and pointed me in the direction of the forum and i read pish like that thread i would not sign up. this forum at one time had sensible and informative threads in it but now they are far and few between. if you want to start stupid idiotic threads like that 1 go get a free forum theres loads out there and stop tarnishing ukdirt in a negative way.

Mr Erik if i wanted to make a fool of you i wouldn't have to as you do a damn good job of that yourself.

Okay....they belong in the Saloons and the Bangers. Anyway, good to hear the drivers who were put in aren't seriously hurt Erik, Do you awake each morning and think of summit totally stoopid to post on the forum by any chance? How on earth can you come out with such a statement such as follow-ins belong in the saloons A follow-in in a banger has the potential to be bad enough, but with that the car takes some of the impact and has a degree of give as such,a saloon however isnt exactly the same now is it with the driver liable to take more of the effects of the impact on himself rather than the car... I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and put your "lack of knowledge" down to your youthful exuberance as a pose to you actually being full of shoite and not kowing much!!! Andymek... Dear Mr Wilkie.. Such as i admire your attempt to point out to young Mr Erik i can only come to one conclusion i am afraid to say. Please don't be disheartened by my reply Mr Wilkie but i think it is your good self that is slavering alot of shoite, after all you are only a scruitineer for the saloons and your given information must be limited. Mr Erik is a young exuberant teenager and his knowledge must be a mine field of information. Mr Cod, All I was trying to say was that follow-ins are part of the Saloons, and that they should be allowed. He is supposed to make sure the cars can stand up to them, not be on here trying to make a fool of me. I realise I'm too young for you lot to take me seriously, and therefore, you prefer to try to make me look even more stupid rather than have a reasonable discussion. MR ERIC have you ever saw a ssc driver being followed in to a thick concrete wall with tons of earth behind it. i along with a lot of other members on this forum have witnessed this to hand where a driver has been followed in and hurt and it is not a pretty sight seeing someone who is participating in the race for YOUR enjoyment. One incident that springs to mind was a few years back at cowdenbeath i saw Phil Morgan climbing out of his car walked over to the football pitch stood a few minutes then collapsed in a heap with a broken sternum bone. i am unsure how the crash happened as i didnt see it whether it be a put in follow in or driver error im sure mr wilkie will be able to shed some light. For you to say follow ins belong in ssc is beyond belief. until you actually witness something like this keep your idiotic comments to yourself. i hope you never have the misfortune of seeing a ssc being followed in hard as the end results isn't always a good thing to witness.

Gas prices The summer pinch is hitting early this year as gas prices begin their annual upward trajectory to accompany warm weather. Some California drivers are already paying $3 per gallon. $3 = £1.55p

A few seem to think that this unfortunate accident is funny and amusing ... to a hell of a lot of people this is an enjoyable sport and they pay money at the gate to watch the sport they enjoy.. A lot of sports carry risks and the participants know the risk's and unfortunately some people do get hurt or even killed. You folk that think this video is funny i ask you now how you would feel if you were standing watching a great banger race and some driver went on oppo and had a head on and seriously injured someone or god forbid killed them and it was posted on a different sports forum for members to laugh and ridicule it.. posts like this imo doesnt show this forum in a good way. Rikard i know your intention was for entertainment and not to demise anyone in anyway but have a thought m8.....
