  1. LMAO! just had my 7 year old daughter read it on the bit of paper by the computer I had scribbled it down and asked "what does that mean Dad?"!!! Told her it meant to follow someone. phew! Cheers Andy
  2. Some have got a warped mind and I have no idea what they are on about lol If Mav wants an explanation to give to young Mav then here it is according to dictionary.com..... ******* adj : relentless and indefatigable in pursuit or as if in pursuit; "impossible to escape the ******* fears"
  3. Blimey the original DB!! Pay for jolt you tight jock would be good to have you back! Someone who could give it and take it without moaning (which would make a refreshing change of late) Best money you will ever spend as Budge said give it a few months and you will be looking for an alternative to the muff on a plate 24/7. Might pop in for a few if I get the chance, none of these rod things tho got to be proper crashing (just to be social like). Will have to gatecrash seeing as my name wont be on the door coz I am a carrot cruncher (apparently!) Cheers Andy
  4. On the subject of the UK Dirt site is there anyway that on the fixtures pages the championship winners are listed as well as the winner of the meeting final at that meeting. Eg the SSC world final meeting has me down as winner because I won the meeting final it looks like I won the world final if you see what I mean?! Cheers Andy
  5. Also sgined it. I too read it in the Sun (and all the others they have been reporting) and also felt sick. There are some sick scum about, this is one of the lowest things in my book. I know what I would like to do them.
  6. Never got chance to buy a Sun yesterday so missed out on getting an authentic of Stav merchandise, was going to get it autographed and stick it on Ebay lol Cheers Andy
  7. I will never laugh when I drive by McDonalds car park anymore (well not so much now). Christ there are some monstrosities on there further down, looks like someone has added the extras on the photos they are that over the top!
  8. Just tried to order some and the ordering system is down?????? Worked ok for me they are delivering to me on Friday. Good find Dino.
  9. Blimey this one is hard! Have I been there Stu? Guessing at Paices Hill but cant see the power plant across the road so prob not. Unhappy?
  10. Try this you will be amazed how many times you have been over the speed limit and you didnt know you had been clocked ! Freedom of information act and speed cameras Did you know that recent Government legislation changing the Freedom of Information Act gives you access to speed camera offences registered within the last twelve months, and placed on a freely-available website? Also, every time your car goes even over a mile or so over the speed limit, it is registered and placed on the database? They only send you a ticket if you are way over, OR (and here's the rub), if you receive over twenty near-misses. You can now check how many you have against your car's registered number. A friend has checked and been clocked twice recently Go to e-database It will ask you for a password, but just click on "need a password or login" link and you will be given one in a pop-up window. Make a note of the login and password and enter your registration number to see if you have been clocked, in the top right-hand corner, there is a click-on window that even shows the picture taken by the camera
  11. 4?!!! Well done and congratulations! Cheers Andy
  12. Blimey Spike Only just found this thread! Stav told me a bit about it last night in chat but just said you broke and shock and a "mtg" (thats Vauxhall trade counter talk for mounting apparently lol), glad to hear you are all in one piece Spike despite being rather sore, hope the injuries heal soon and you get back out there. Got to get into double figures on the bumper front before the end of the season, William Hill have you odds on to do it!! All the best mate, Andy
  13. Happy birthday Spike! Cheers Andy
  14. LMAO quality songs from Lakey and Bazvale!!! If you think that's good then you ought to get along to the Club Tropicana in Skeg (on the site where we have got a caravan). Pretty decent acts on throughout the year inc Jim Davidson etc but.....they play bingo for money a few times through the night and make up their own lyrics to popular songs of the time to intro the bingo, they have done Flintstones, Mysterious Girl etc but the new one last Sat was Amarillo lol "Show me the way to play bingo, grab your pen and here we go" was laughing too much to remember the rest....sad I know but gives you a laugh when you have had a few Cheers Andy

    Warp

He does raise a very valid point about people using shared connections when racing online. We have all had races spoilt by warp at one point or another. Whilst appearing jittery on that persons screen for a little while this will appear on someone elses screen as your car being concrete or invisible or bouncing around a bit and spoiling the fun for the other affected by it by either knocking them around or not being able to hit them properly(think that's my main point!). Damage to cars in F2s via aero damage is increased 10 fold by a warping and/or conrete car and after that handling is poo! Thankfully jolt seems to have put a stop to a lot of warp issues but it still does happen and some may be due to the above reasons. Is using dialup an option for the other person sharing just while a meeting is on, may make it better for everyone else? Cheers Andy
