im building a capri for st day next week and it needs the front brakes replacing(pads are missing). do mk2 granny ones fit, if not what cars are the same. thanks in advance. damo.

The Calipers on the Capri were the Ford M16 calipers which were also used on Escort Mk1 & 2 along with Cortina 3,4,5 so they should all be inter changeable.

If anybody has any of the ollowing templates can you please upload them on this thread as they do not appear to be available on ukdirt.co.uk

Is the file you have saved it as converted from a .tga to a .tex, that may be your problem. unlessit is saved as a .tex file the game won't recognise it. The program mktex that you can get on ukdirt.co.uk doesn't work so if you look around the file manager you will find something called tga 2 tex. Download that, that will turn your tga to a .tex file.

Why doesnt mktex work??? Ive always used it and it works fine every time. Only have to read the guide on how to use it on the UKDirt website and should be no problem.

Im going to be re-registering for the league and have sent a pm to Lakey to change my number from 40 to 400 on the bangers, how will i go about changing it or will admin sort it all out?

It will be sorted by Admin. But looking at the drivers list for Bangers we already have someone registered under the number 400 so I doubt you will be able to change.

MC. I saw a great render of Leeks WF car (best render ive seen) and it's on the forum, but i don't know where. Someone could point you in the right direction though hopefully.

Those were renders of my car from last season. Got a new one for next year. I think the renders you are talking about were in a stadium setting which i dont think MC wants anyway.

Been trying that most of the night with no success.

I also find that I get the same message displayed after being on the forum for any length of time. I can overcome the forum problem by disconnecting from the internet and reconnecting, this solves the problem for abot 20 to 40 mins, but it wont work for the downloads off the uk dirt web site.

All of the downloads are currently not working on the UKDirt website. We will try and get it sorted asap once we have found the problem.

3ds Files and if possible can they be saved with wheels already on them because intil i get 3ds max i'm using a program called "goblender" which is great for making  3d movies but not so great for messing around with 3ds files

 

 

Plz if some1's got the time plz post them for me any one will do to get me started

P.S  will people still keep in mind my idea to have a coach designed in 3ds max  as an alternative to the truck and trailer (which are great btw)

Perhaps youd be best off actually asking the designers on the cars IF you can use them to render. Dragon made the top 3 of the chassis you listed and i cant remember who did the FWJT.

Cunny has asked me to post this for him.

The forum has been working fine for him all day, but he has just tried to get back on the forum but all he gets is the  'This Page Cannot Be Displayed' message.

He has tried using all the different links to the forum but no luck, not even able to view Kevs main page for his Statistics either.

He have gone through deleting cookies and history, run adaware and spybot but still no luck. Even tried turning the Firewall off to see it it was blocking it for some reason but made no difference.

He is able to get on every other site fine as per nomal but when it comes to Kevs site/forum he just gets nothing.

Just got a screenshot of it aswell. Apparently it starts to load then as per the pic below happens.

Not sure about the Crash Log but we ha a problem with both Arena and Swaffham a few times this season.

Take a look at the threadHere it shows the same problem and how to fix it.
