I don't know how VEH files work sorry but the folder is in (Hard drive)/Program Files (x86)/ rfactor / game data / f1 / look in here for the novice folder

Put the skin and the VEH file into the rfactor f1 novice skins folder

Go into thrustmaster settings and look in there if not contact thrustmasterbsupport, they got back to me pretty quick

Settings in-game you can adjust the sensitivity using slider bars
