  1. A lot better than Evo 5.
  2. Definitely sounds like an overheating problem, could just be a clogged graphics fan.
  3. I'm never driving near Barford again
  4. There is already a Legend car heat mod, are they not the same as rebels?
  5. 1/8th scale is dead in Scotland, you would be aswell burning your money. The 1/12th electric stock cars still race up here somewhere as far as i know. I have one i may be willing to part with, i can't decide if i am still going to race them or not.
  6. If cable is available in your area, Telewest are the best by far.
  7. Is cable not available to you? Is it only ADSL?
  8. I told you it would be fine! For you guys that are on AOL - I have just been told i will be losing my job in AOL due to them moving all call centres to India. If your on AOL, leave now, the service from there is atrocious. The indian advisors are very well spoken and nice as they come but not extremely helpful. I have been told i will be moving to Telewest in the same building or losing my job completely.
  9. You shouldn't frap too often, you will go blind.
  10. How many cars per race in those leagues? UKDirt holds a lot of cars per race which is more incoming data for your wireless to handle, which can in turn have more chance of causing wapr if your wireless gets bottle necked.
  11. Not very easily. First of all i use a program called FRAPS to record the replay file as an mpeg/avi. These come out as massive files though, so i use Adobe Premier Pro to convert them into smaller WMV files. If there is a conversion tool out there that converts .rpl to .mpeg - i am yet to come across it.
  12. Yeh Wrighty is correct! I am also on a crossover cable Wrighty as my router power supply blew up and i have been too lazy so far to fix it.
  13. No, you will both be fine to race, as long as your connection can handle it mate.
  14. The 2nd car you just showed me, i spotted that after posting the first. I would get that one. Netgear, Realtek, Belkin etc are all respectable names.
  15. This would be perfect: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Netgear-FA311-10-100...1QQcmdZViewItem
  16. Budge - If the kids are only surfing the net it won't effect you warp wise. That would only hinder your connection if they were downloading. A 4mb connection leaves you with a lot of bandwidth to use. As for a network card, most will do the job. I recommend the top brands such as Netgear, Belkin, Linksys etc.
  17. Was a good night aye. Got to meet Samson, Hutch and Gogs for the first time. Was also getting attacked by Hutch with an Umbrella. The racing was a bit dire, only made up for by the good banter that was flowing all night
  18. Surprised rFactor and CoD take to the 9250. It probably will generate a fair bit of heat with those games. If it doesn't crash with those i can't see Nascar crashing it. I'd be looking more towards a hardware conflict or driver problem.
  19. He also says ALL UK Dirt mods Uk Dirt mods run on the Nascar Heat engine.
  20. Which one did you get Pete? Got a link?
  21. He says it only does it with nascar heat. Nascar heat is hardly graphics intensive to say the least. Your system specs would help.
  22. Awesome work mate
  23. Remember to bring your own buckie. Sure there will be enough room in your football socks even with your trackies tucked in.
