Hi all My mum has a bright yellow Nissan Micra that maby when i get a job after college she will let me use, I asked weather i can change the colour of it as my favourite colour isn't really that type of yellow, i spoke to my dad and he said that to get it professionaly painted can cost upto a grand, i can't afford that. My mum said i can paint it with a brush, but i said that it would make the car look tatty and de-value it loads. When you guys paint your cars for racing what type of paint do you use? and how do you apply it, and do you recon that it would still look good a year later of road use? Also when you guys get your cars sign written how much does it cost? casue seeing cars at the Banger World final they have fansastic paint jobs that have been done by a sign writer, roughly how much does it cost? Any replies would be really helpfull thanks laods Rikard

I don't know much about Nvidia, im a Radeon man, if your going for powerful performance but not top top wack then any ATI card around 200 squid should be fine, make sure its got 250 meba bites of RAM on it, best not going for the cheaper copies as this may look the same and have the same amount of RAM but when Radeon lease out the tecknology they tend to water it down a bit Also if your mother board isn't PCI express make sure you don't get a PCI express graphics card, (as Scrap man said) this may limit what top end card you can get as the latest ones over the last yeah have turned to PCI I hope this helps a little Rickard

I totaly agree with you, in my earlier post on here i said that if somone gets badly hurt in a acident (as has now been confermed by Ernie) than the video shouldn't be on the net, not becuase its squimish or anything but just down to good taste, who wants to see somone break there legs? a bit sick to me, The pearson who filmed it must have know that the driver was badly injured, cause if you break both legs its not like you can just get out of the car yourself, i imign he was helped out and put in an ambulance, if i was the camra man i woulnd't have put that particula clip on the net due to bad taste. Anyway thats my opion

Iv got quite a few renders i have done that you can use (mainly of my cars though, and a few crash sceans i made) as long as the person who made the car being rendered approves, if so your more than welcome mate Tombo is big into rendering at the moment so im sure he can suply you with some aswell Rikard

Put the graphics up to max in game, go into your graphic card options and if you can turn up all the options to max, theis may slow it down depending on your pc specs but for a still screen shot that won't matter, My favourite track for screen shots is Wimbledon, i use the "TV" camera as it get a nice shot of the car Careful when changing options on your graphic card though and make sure you rember to put them back or some programs will run slow hope this helps Rikard

Its a nice skin, well done Erik, its a shame that when you turn a car white you loose all the detail though Plus good to see renders of a car than a screen shot

I watched the video, i don't want to sound like a boring idiot, but in my option that track looks to fast for Bangers in the fact that thouse followins are way to quick to hit the armco square on, plus i also think that if he did badly break both legs in the crash that i don't think that particula clip should be on the net, as i don't think many people should like to see somone get hurt so much having their legs crushed into the twisted metal EDIT: also just noticed his race number is 13
