As it says really, clicking on the wrong folder, scroll down from the nascar heat file and double click the 'run' folder

I had a similar problem when they accused me of spamming, the only thing i really did, after bombarding them with emails, was to empty my trash folder of emails and things seem to revert back. I had previously formatted and put settings into e-mail client and it then downloaded 3500 e-mails from server which I trashed, if its something else then sorry m8
