  1. I agree with Rikard it would be very dangerous as random parts could easily fall off into the path of unfotunate following cars.
  2. I had it on Friday night.

    Albums

Just thought i'd ask why you not allowed to make albums anymore?
  4. I'm getting a Ps2, usb converter thingy! lol It allows me to use a ps2 controller for the PC. Got it off Play.com, it is supposed to arrive on Monday. It says out of stock but it says it will arrive on monday in the e-mail they gave me and still says out of stock on the website! Anyway it will be better than the keyboard.
  5. Hi all, i have found this old file in one of my old folders which appears to be Andy Powell. If i can remember rightly it is the first real life skin i ever made. If you want to download it click HERE [attachmentid=5133] [attachmentid=5134] Cheers Kruiz
  6. I am no expert on renders but a render is a picture that makes the cars graphics look a lot smoother and crisp. A tga is the file that you need to make the render. I can supply that. You need the model makers permission to get a render though. I used the chassis 'faldingt' if you want it rendered you should ask in the skin painting section of this forum if someone will do it for you and ask whether the modeler that made faldingt will let you get render of his model. If that is all o.k then i will upload the tga and then you can wait for it to be rendered. Hope that made sense to you. Cheers Kruiz
  7. Have you tried the gallery at Stoxnet.com, it is huge so thereis bound to be something there.
  8. As far as i know it is only bangers and hotrods with different coloured wheels.
  9. Hope Leek lets Dave Taylor in aswell (other skin i painted) as it would be nice to see a few of my cars out there.
  10. The car is finally done after a lot of trial and improvement. I have completed the skin with thanks to MoR137 for the TRACKSTAR sign on the side, so thank you MoR. I hope you like it Crasher. Downloadable HERE [attachmentid=5098] [attachmentid=5099]
  11. I'm not on msn, i'll give you an e-mail address in a pm that is (hopefully) gaurenteed to work!
  12. I don't think novelty sized limos like that are any good for strengh as everybody targets you and you only. There not very good for racing as they are very sluggish. they are obviously not very good for turning as they are about three car lengths long. The only thing they are good for is giving the spectators something unusul to watch, and if you race an unusual car often enough you will get some fans like the driver that sticks in my mind is the 145 Bong Gang guy.
  13. SC337, yes you can the car and pics for Tim Warwicks fan site. Anything to help a low budget driver! If you get permission off the models maker you i will upload the tga and you can get it rendered if anyone will do it as i don't have the software to do renders. So whatever you want to do with it is fine with me. Crasher, i will get it your car finished as soon as possible but i haven't recieved MoR's version but i will forgive him as i know he is busy lately and it is easy to forget unimportant things when you are an F1 admin, so you are forgiven.
  14. O.k Crasher its not perfect but it is very close to being finished all is needed is Trackstar on the side which i just can't seem to get right. Tell me what you think so far. [attachmentid=5077] [attachmentid=5078]

    bored

Very optomistic for a first real life skin but you made a good job of it. My first real life skin was an F1, (12 Michael Scriven) done on an speakt chassis.
  16. Aye the famous jaws car. Thats why Colins son, (my cousin) has the nickname 'jaws' nickname but doesn't post much on this forum but is thinking of becoming a paid member soon. Actually their are two pictures of that jaws car in the room i am sitting in right now! one at bradford and one at stoke. Both tracks have sadly resigned from F1.
  17. Yes he was on a tight budget and he did get to red for one month and wished i was there to see it but he would have been a higher grade more reguarly probably but only got half the possible points because he shared his car with his brother.
  18. Thanks travel and mcrew, i think i need to re-read my stoxworld and stock magazines. That'll give me something to do this week.
  19. Crasher, not only is F1 a working mans sport but most drivers own their own business. Any driver that doesn't own their own business doesn't last long in the world of F1 especially if they have a wif a kids, just ask my dad!
  20. Don't want to affend you Korizin but i'm only just 15 and know that during the 70' and 80's Bill Batten raced F1 and currently racing F2. I know that he has just lost his WF Crown but still holds the U.K hence his chequered roof. His number in F1 was 467 in F1 and in F2 he is 167 and his nephew Tim Farrell is 667 and that he is seriously injured with a spinal injury and that he races Tarmac mainly and is super fast with famous 'tilting' car. So i really don't think that age has anything to do with it when it comes legendary drivers that big. Cheers Kruiz
  21. I don 't think Crasher is part of the admin team or where it says 'advanced member' it would say 'admin' or something similar.
  22. Funny that since i've just done my english coursework on 'sensory writing' and based it on stock cars at Coventry. Not got a grade back on mine yet though...
  23. And my texting language gets better and better when sash is posting! lol
  24. I thought he might know who his grandad is!
