Really feel bad i was confused with the routine of the meeting where i was put in my first race i did kno i needed to be up front worried id be doing something wrong i got kicked out twice dunno if it was down to me?? It hit a car in warm up coming out the pits there was a barrier there it stopped me a bit then moved me on to the track i lasted 5-8 laps only did 1 heat probably down to me and how chaotic i made it look really sorry to all you guys im just simply gutted i looked so bad from wat i was allowed to watch it looked good

Holy crap didn't expect them points in a mod I'm still not comfortable driving but still really enjoyed the meeting I knew the setup I had was quick but was very unstable if you got the braking point wrong.

A few incidents from backmarkers held me up in the final but that's racing still held on for a top 5 finish.

Cheers Admin was an awesome meeting cya all next week :)

All in meets are always a love hate thing for me. I love them when I survive and finish. However I normally get walled. I enjoyed it tonight on the whole. Personal highlight was leading the final for a few laps. Sorry to anybody I got in the way of when a lap down. I do try and stay out of the way but with that many cars on track it's difficult.

On another note and I know this has been done to death but here goes. Practise servers. Could people please try and respect that some of us need the practise and don't enjoy doing 3 laps before being fired in by someone(more often than not a red roof) or trying to negotiate a hairpin because they have walled each other or had a head on. I know it puts me in a bad light complaining about it but the more practise laps I do the more likely I'll be able to keep my car stable in races and out of trouble.

It was your first meeting so it was to be expected. You didn't get kicked by us for anything you did, it was an rFactor mismatch error that booted you which usually means you were either missing a skinpack or had them installed in the wrong order.

You didn't do to badly in the races I saw, there is alot to take in for a first meeting with installations, chat, in and out of server, lining up etc. Like Paul has said, if you have a Mic and Teamspeak then it might be worth popping in there and someone in there can run you through things during a meeting as its easier to do there.

Is teamspeak like a live chat cos i really needed some help at times i couldnt type fast enough and find my reply so i prob sat out at least 1 heat i could have been in as i was the only 1 in the pits which was the very last race

Fantastic, there is normally only a few of us in there but we have a laugh and banter flows we also help setup cars and share things like that with each other it also helps when there is a crash as we warn each other so that helps to lol

Well done to all winners last night and to Dode for winning the nationals

I would also like to say thanks for aub for stepping in and running the meeting as all of f2 admin were unavailable to run it without him it would have been cancelled simple. He did a great job even tho he had to rejig the whole meeting due to no shows and people booking out after the mi was set :banghead2: and as always thanks to super stumpy for being the steward

Well a nightmare of a night for me not just the racing but the whole thing, gonna be a long list on the messer thread thats for sure.

Random grid draw went as well as they always do for me with only 1 person behind me it was never gonna go well and it didn't but hey ho, that set the tone for the rest of the night really.

Nice to see if anyone read my post last week it was completely ignored :)

Well onto next week and a visit to my "home" track I might even opt for a real stockcar rather than one of these fancy racecars.

Cheers to stumpy and dave for the help

Thanks for stepping in last night AUB i have said this so many times but you guys that run the meetings have a such tough.time at times but always rattle through the meetings at a good pace and last night was.no exeption. Surely you would no if you cant race that night so have plenty of time to unbook etc. Anyway thanks again to all admins and everyone that makes ukdirt such a great place to race at (i made the right choice when i came here lol)
