  1. Hi guys, Got a email from someone who asked the following: Hi, I am interested in joining your league but i own a Apple mac and was wondering if anyone else is using one to race on-line with. I have tried to download some stuff but nothing seems to be attaching to my computer. Any ideas? I have also contacted rfactor regarding this but no-one has got back to me yet, do you no if rfactor is compatible? Kind regards Brad Moss (may have to go buy a pc) No idea myself, so does anyone of you know this ????
  2. Noone can answer that for you. The only thing I can say is that when u try to pass him and he gets taken out by u, u run the risk of facing a complaint. Whether or not a ban will issued is a diferent story........ Put urself in his shoes.......... Ur up in top 10 and some guy who u lapped is right behind u. Tapping away, but u manage to hold ur position. Would u like that or does it make u nervous, cause u know if he gets it wrong ur taken out ??? If u know the answer to that, then u know what to do next time ur behind a guy who lapped you.
  3. I hope u dont mind, but I have copied the setupguide and also put it onto the UK-Dirt website. If u have any objections then let me know and I will take it off. Cheers MC
  4. Bigmaus, Supermaus, Superstox & Kane Throughout last season they have managed to acquire several bans, all mod bans and league bans, by breaking rules that are in place for the enjoyment of all our members Because of their actions they have fallen under the Unsportsmanlike Conduct rule, as stated on the General Rules page on the UK-Dirt website, this is something that cannot and will not be tolerated within this community. As a result they will not be allowed membership of UK Dirt for the duration of the 2008 season and their payment will be refused. Clarification: Superstox & Supermaus will continue to have access until 28-02-2008. So therefor they are allowed to race until then.
  5. Yes...........thats possible. Check the drivers-list on the website and pick a number, then contact me by PM so I can alter ur name & number. PLUS contact Knobby (head-admin bangers) and inform him that ur changing ur name & number.
  6. We are doing what we can m8 and we are also looking out for other servers, but it isnt just enough to test something. The thing is that the outcomes can be very, very different from one another. For example: 22 cars in - no warp. 10 cars in - warp. Then did a test with 15 cars - no warp. Went to 18 cars - warp. Dropped to 16 cars - warp. Went back upto 18 cars - no warp. Got a PM from Tads about it and that looks very worth, so Im gonna start also looking into that. Doing what we can this and JOLT-admin have been very helpfull with it also. Checked and rechecked everything on their side. They switched ISP for us. They reinstalled the server for us.
  7. Now mine stopped working............... But I figured it out. Copy & paste the msinet.ocx into C:\WINDOWS\system32 Then goto 'Start' -> 'Run' , type (or copy-paste the following line) regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\MSINET.OCX and press op Enter (A messagebox will popup with the following message 'DllRegisterServer in C:\Windows\System32\MSINET.OCX succeeded.') Note: Windows NT/2K users replace "C:\Windows" with "C:\WINNT". Working again now.
  8. http://www.ocxdump.com/cgi-bin/testwrap/do...es/M/MSINET.OCX Just safe this into ur C:\Program Files\Hasbro Interactive\NASCAR Heat\ukdirtbangers Click yes if it asks to overwrite
  9. Rename C:\Program Files\Hasbro Interactive\NASCAR Heat\Data\ into C:\Program Files\Hasbro Interactive\NASCAR Heat\run\
  10. Im guessing he wants to change his registration on the UK-Dirt site. Thats possible. Just have him PM me.
  11. Unzip the attached file into C:\Program Files\Hasbro Interactive\NASCAR Heat\bangers paint.zip
  12. 1) Download and install NASCAR Heat Essentials ( http://www.ukdirt.co.uk/ukdirt/essentials.exe ). Files will be installed in the the following directory: C:\Program Files\Hasbro Interactive\NASCAR Heat Please do not change the path as it is vital for the mods and tracks to work properly. 2) Download and install Banger Heat ( http://www.ukdirt3.co.uk/heat/bangers/setup.exe ). The installer will ask you for your NASCAR Heat install folder - the default location is "C:\Program Files\Hasbro Interactive\NASCAR Heat". Don't worry when it warns you that the folder already exists - it is meant to! 3) Download and install any track you want. For example: Wimbledon (http://www.ukdirt3.co.uk/tracks/clock/wimborv1.exe) For Bangers u only need the CLOCKWISE versions. All banger-tracks can be found on www.ukdirt.co.uk under downloads/UK-Dirt Tracks Once u have installed all the above, then follow the configuration guide: Start the Banger Heat game by clicking on the icon on ur desktop. If you you're running on Windows 2000 or Windows XP, a message can pop up saying "NASCAR Heat is not designed for Windows 2000, Continue?". Just answer "Yes" and the game will be launched without any problems. Select 'Single Race' and pick a car (any) and a track. You will be taken to the race day screen. Click on 'Setup' and change Realism to Expert mode. You should ensure that Flags are set to None. You can also reduce the number of laps to a small number so the test race will not take too long. It is also advisable that you turn down the number of cars at this stage. [attachmentid=20814] That should be it. If you get a errorlog, then post it here, so I can take a look at it.
  13. Congrats guys.................. Hope all is well. Geert & Yvonne
  14. Tracks should be in C:\Program Files\Hasbro Interactive\NASCAR Heat\run by default. Thats where the tracks listed on UK-Dirt site are installed by default. I suggest a complete re-install and install the mod, tracks & skinpacks in the directory they suggest. Dont alter them.

  19. Promotor Harry Maessen asks you to sign this petition: http://www.axci.nl/?ln=ned&id=391 In the right above corner click on: "deze petitie tekenen", - sign this petition. With a positive outcome he can put in weight in a political discussion that is going on right now! Local politicians who are in favour have asked him for that. If you are in favour of the new circuit fill out the petition: Ik ondersteun deze petitie! - means i am in favour Ik ondersteun deze petitie niet! - means i am not in favour Evt. Opmerkingen: - you can fill in remarks. Ik blijf graag op de hoogte! - I like to stay informed Nee, houdt me niet op de hoogte. - Don't keep me informed After filling it in, it sends you an e-mail to confirm your signature, just click on the link and you will register. The confirmation email may end up in spam, check yours if you dont see one straight away. UK voters are much appreciated!
