Thanks Dino! got the computer working again at least!! Now then, it seems i have the computer running on the graphics card, but on the drivers for the integrated, if that makes sense. I put in the NVidia disk to do the drivers and it goes straight through to the end on the installation, where it finally says Error, canot complete installtion. Then a VGA hardware found pops up in the bottom right hand corner, so i install that, and it is for the integrated graphics, although my graphics card seems to have taken on these driver setting aswell. So i do a driver update serach and it says it cant find a better match then is what there already. So now i am really stuck! Also whenerver i go into a game like Heat, it comes up with the wrror, sorry, your video card does not support 3d graphics?? WTF

 all joking aside, im very close to your idea mate! Ok, ive tried some of the suggestions on here, and i dunno whats happened. I installed the software from my N Vidia CD, disabled the onboard graphics, took the card out and put it back in, (thinking please please please please please) turned my computer on, and it loads up as far as the black screen which says Windows XP Professional with the little green and orange bar going across, then the screen just goes black. So i tried plugging it back into the integrated, hoping that the disable hadnt woked! and that wont work now. So i can turn my comp on fine, but after the black screen i cant do anything. Any ideas on how to get the screen back, so i can use the computer at the very least?? Thanks to everyones suggestions, but im stuck at the moment Dazza P.s My computer specs are AMD Athlon 2600 512mb DDr Ram 160gb hard drive (2x80) How much of a boost should the 256mb card (if it ever works) give to my computer graphics. Say for example, in the graphics bit in the banger game it says AWESOME GREAT and BOTTLENECK. Any ideas as to what they should go to once the card is installed??

Lol i thought that myself, but what happened was, i plug the monitor into the graphics card, turn the computer on and the screen stays black?? It boots up and all that, just cant see nothing on screen??

Cheers for the reply lads, but i have disabled the on board, and cant get the Monitor to run off the graphics card?? No idea why??

Got a 256mb N vidia Graphics cards, installed it all, including the drivers but cant get it to work. It says it is running fine but the graphics in games are no better then the 32mb integrated. Any ideas as to what it could be and how to sort it?? I do have a 3d prophet 32mb graphics card which I will try if i cant get this one to work, and see if it is the Graphics card that is playing up. Well i have had a look at my Router settings, and it doesnt say that the firewall is turned on. Yet i still cant sign into Msn 7.5. The only other MSN i have is 4.0 and it says it is to old!! Has anyone got MSN 6.0 or 7.0 install file they could put up (im taking that is legal, seeing as its a free service anyway?) Much appreciated Dazza

Well i had max 4 before i got hold of max 3, and modelled the 280c, and done the damage in max 4 before i put it into the game with max 3. So the answer would probably be yes. One thing, if you use a newer version of max 3 (4 and above) and save a max file, you probably wont be able to open that max file in an older version, like max 3. Or maybe thats just my computer Cheers Dazza

I have got the problem which Jamesy had, i cant connect to MSN and it says ''The service is to busy''. I use AOL 9.0 2mb BB through a Netgear wireless router. But its always to busy whether its day or night so i dont beleive that load of bull...!! Anyway, ive tried the repair option on the download, i have uninstalled and reinstalled msn, have tried running an older version but always get the same message. Could it be something to do with the router, i.e having a built in firewall?? If so does anyone know a way to turn it off?? Any help would be appreciated Dazza

LOL car is still in the services!! Someone is picking it up tommorow and scrapping it!! And was gonna get a taxi to the track but after a walk into the services to buy a drink and a chocolate bar i was broke!!! Instead i was stuck there for 8 hours! Never mind, im hoping to get to the 2 litre world final but this time im going to have the relay on the AA so they can bring me home straight away!

Just like to know what happened because i ended up 5 miles away from the meeting before my car blew up (yes blew up). Somebody might have seen me on the hard shoulder of the M6 toll road going towards Cannock!! The only bangers i seen all day were the Bruisers which came into the services where my car was taken to, 200 miles travelled to see 5 bangers on 3 lorries before i had another 200 miles to get home! No problem lads, ive found the problem, its my faulty DVD writer. It will burn Cd's fine, it will burn data onto DVD's fine, but just wont burn a video onto a disc. I tried all the files etc on my mum's laptop and it burnt no probs at all prompting me to either 1) buy a new DVD writer or 2)a new laptop Would like it to be the second option Cheers for the help folks Dazza

First of all would like to say thanks to Cunny for all his help so far However im trying to burn my own banger movies and make them into DVD's, but for some reason, after the 2 hours it takes to burn one, its says it has failed, plus nothing has actually written on the disc? Any ideas on what it could be, or any of you know how to use Nero inside out?? Cheers in advance Dazza

Newton Abbot was a corker in its day. Probably now i would say Ringwood (when bangers are good) or Westworld, although i do rate Arena and Wimbledon very highly. From what i have seen, i think Swaffham would have been my favourite!!

Is this for a banger?? If so, is it for free leagues as alot of opinions have been shown already about the amount of cars we have already, which is the reason i have stopped them.
