National Series Championship
- 8 meetings in the latter part of the season count towards the National Series.
- The 2019 World, British, European Champions and 2018 World of Shale Champion will be seeded into the series, together with the next 4 available drivers from the National Points table.
- In the case that a single driver holds multiple titles, additional drivers will be taken from the National Points table.
- All drivers start with zero points and scoring is as per normal meeting points.
- At National Series meetings the National Series drivers will all race from Superstar, and any superstar not in the series will race from Red.
- At National Series meetings the National Series drivers will be gridding for A-Finals in reverse National Series points order.
- The last round of the National Series will be double-point scoring.
- The 2019 National Series Champion is entitled to run 2 silver stripes on the center of their wing from front to back until they lose the title.

The Consolation Semi Final saw the last chance for drivers to book their grid slot for this seasons World Final at Kings Lynn. Now that has been confirmed the grid has been finalised and drivers will line up as follows:-
Note: The coin toss took place at 20:10 on Tuesday 02/09/2019 using the VCT website in the presence of LeeK, DanSkin and Kane. Kane #238 called tails, and the coin came up tails (click here and set the 'view a prior toss' section to: 09/02/2018 hour 15 minute 10). Kane #238 chose to start on the inside.
