First of all, I have not been online for a couple of days, so I didnt know about the new release fo the track. Thansk very much to Madcowie for giving us another update of the track - we are very grateful as always. WE WILL BE USING THE NEW TRACK TOMORROW NIGHT. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>CLICK HERE FOR THE LINK<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< PLEASE DELETE THE OLD VERSION OF THE TRACK BEFORE YOU INSTALL THE NEW ONE (rfactor>gamedata>locations>sheffield) Format Tomorrow will be slightly different with the clutch starts: HEATS: Normal grids postions - clutch start FINAL: 2-a-breast closed grid - clutch start GN: Normal grid postions - clutch start This is the same format that we used last year at Bradford, and with Sheffield being quite tight, coupled with the Dutch Championship being a special 3-a-breast starting grid, we felt that this was the best option. Cheers Johno

I will try and find the server replay over the weekend. I wonder if it is to do with racing at night perhaps - as this is the first time we have experienced anything bad like this. I will try and look into it. Cheers Johno

Good Evening All, First of all, thanks to everyone that raced tonight around what is quite a tight track. The racing was quite good, again once the usual early lap chaos had sorted itself out, but thats Rfactor F1 racing, and at times you just need a bit of a break!! I think having slightly smaller heat grids is helping let people settle in though, and making the final and grand national very interesting after that. Well done to Grasser on taking the meeting final, and to Michael for top scoring for the second meeting in a row. Results: Heat 1: 315 3 288 136 300 2 233 16 256 216 Heat 2: 3 2 363 112 137 365 216 151 8 527 Heat 3: 315 16 8 112 48 256 527 136 300 151 A-Final: 233 112 8 216 2 16 137 136 151 256 GN 1: 2 16 256 365 8 136 315 216 363 233 Points: 36 pts 2 Michael 32 pts 8 Tosh 31 pts 233 Grasser 30 pts 16 JK 30 pts 112 Tom D 23 pts 216 Speedtech 21 pts 315 Mike 20 pts 136 Kruiz 17 pts 256 Hooty 15 pts 3 Johno 14 pts 137 MoR 11 pts 365 travel 9 pts 363 razza 8 pts 151 Dode 6 pts 288 Ironmac 5 pts 300 Mattyaspin 4 pts 48 Tinman 3 pts 527 fast track 0 pts 52 Kevin 0 pts 599 Harold 0 pts 435 Mart 0 pts 488 dave 0 pts 188 Aub Peronsally, after a cracking start, it all went downhill for me, getting no luck what so ever - my break is to come soon!! Iwould like to thank Kev for stewarding, and once again to everyone that raced. Next week sees us return to Sheffield for another National Series round with a twist - a clutch start meeting!! Cheers Johno

Good Evening All, First of all thanks to everyone that raced tonight, not just in this meeting, but over the two meetings tonight. I think the racing was absolutely superb, at tracks that could not be more varied, but people respected each other and had some cracking racing - so well done to every involved tonight. Onto the meeting, and its well done to Michael on taking the final win, and top scoring over the evening. It was only last week he was telling me he let the superstars back and cruised round at theback trying to pick up the pieces - and pick up the pieces he did tonight!! So well done to Michael, and welcome back. It was great to see Hooty and Madcowie out and racing in UK Dirt. Both are a welcome addition to UK Dirt Rfactor F1 and I hope they will be back for more in the near future (next week?). Both had a bedding in period in the first meeting, but then really kicked on in the second meeting, picking up some consistant results. Results: Heat 1: 8 112 2 3 216 315 137 363 288 151 Heat 2: 315 323 136 16 2 188 233 488 137 300 Heat 3: 136 8 233 256 3 323 112 16 488 288 A-Final: 2 256 323 137 8 188 3 233 151 136 GN 1: 256 233 188 323 136 2 137 112 8 16 41 pts 2 37 pts 256 36 pts 323 32 pts 8 26 pts 233 25 pts 136 24 pts 137 24 pts 188 19 pts 3 13 pts 112 11 pts 315 8 pts 16 7 pts 151 4 pts 216 2 pts 288 2 pts 488 1 pts 300 1 pts 363 0 pts 365 0 pts 515 0 pts 561 Thanks very much to Kev for stewarding all the races. He said there was some fantastic racing to be seen when spectating, and there were some really close finishes. Personally - I want to forget about the final!! I honestly thought that Mike (315) was winning, although I was a little confused when Madcowie went for the big one, has Mke had gone wide in that corner too, and thought we were onto him. Lttle did I know, he was trying to take the lead So in the end, Iwent for a ludge at Mike and spun us both. Massive error - but I am sure that Mike of the #2 variety had a massive smile on his face!!! Anyway, superb night of racing guys, and as I described to Tosh - it was hard fought, but very respectful, so credit to each and everyone of you tonight - well done. Cheers Johno

This skin pack is aimed at those drivers that have raced a high percentage of meetings this season. I know we give permission to use novice skins, but we are starting to get too many of them, to the point the last week where it was hard to know who was who in the novice skins. The admin team are considering putting a number on the amount of meetings that you are allowed to do in a novice skin. So with this in mind, and what Mike is trying to say is that if you could get someone to put a number on your skin, with the different roof colours, then we will allow you to add sign writing at a later date, with no effect on the skin changes rule. Jarry has posted his skins, and I know that Michael will be posting his. Ihave also seen that Speedtech has a skin on the skin painting thread, so it would be great if you could get that in this pack as well. It will be released this Thursday before the double header. It is hoped that this will anable drivers to be identified easier, and as such make the racing better for everyone Sorry Ididnt post this sooner.... but I have been at Northampton and Sunny Buxton (No dont adjust your screen, it does say sunny Buxton ) Cheers Johno

Hello Guys, Next week, the National Series goes to Holland, and sees 2 MEETINGS IN ONE NIGHT. This means that you may race in 2 meetings next week, rather than just the one, and with 1 being on shale and 1 being on tarmac, it is set to be a very interesting double header. The following meetings are on offer: 8:00pm - Sexberium (NS round 6) 9:30pm - Baarlo Short (NS round 7) This means that the bookings for this week will be done as follows: Sexberium - website Baarlo - here on the forum. This is a unique event, where you race on the shale, and then have to change to the tarmac. It certainly will be an exciting challenge. I will try and update the booking list on the forum throughout the week. Cheers Johno BOOKINGS - BAARLO SHORT (9:30PM) White Tinman #48 Big Al #515 Yellow Mike #315 Dave #488 Matty #300 Trav #365 Hooty #256 Blue Johno #3 Dode #151 Walker #363 Grasser #233 Ironmac #288 Tosh #8 Murf #561 Madcowie #363 Red MoR #137 Aub #188 JK #16 Sppedtech #216 Superstar Kruiz #136 TomD #112 Michael #2

1st: Grasser #233 2nd: Mike #315 3rd: Me #3 - someone has to believe in me I honestly think witht he qualifty throughout the field that the superstars may struggle to make progress, but then again - when am I ever right

Dont worry Trav - booking were done on the forum, but Iwill take you off the list. Sorry to see your taking a break, as you were getting on really well, improving week in week out - Ihope you come back for more soon. Personally, I thought the meeting was quite good. The heats had enough in them to make them interesting, but enough space to give a bit of track time. Iachieved some good heat results, although I was never in Grasser's league!! The final was my downfall tonight. I think as blue grades, we were perhaps a little racey off the start, rather than trying to settle in, but then again, as soon as more cars are on the grid, the racing becomes a little different anyway, and suvival is the key in the first 5 laps, before you then start to pick up places. The Grand National was good for me, but I really had to work for it. Accidents were happening left right and centre, but fortunately I guessed the right way. Anyway, remember, it is always important to be positive, and Ithink that when you in a meeting, I know people get angry, but perhaps we should sit back and think about it before hand. I know I have learnt to keep quiet in meetings......... but then coming on the forum is a different matter Johno

Hello All, First of all, thanks to everyone that raced tonight. Unfortunately one or two had to drop out during the night due to one reason or another, but it was good to see so many cars booked in. Iwant to make a quick apology incase you felt the meeting was a little rushed. I felt that I needed to try and do it as quick as possible to give you all time to practice for which ever meeting you choose after. Anyway, onto tonight, and its well done to Tosh on taking the final victory, and to Mike on top scoring which included 2 race wins. Results: Heat 1: 315 233 16 3 136 188 151 137 216 531 Heat 2: 112 363 188 136 16 500 290 527 259 8 Heat 3: 315 233 3 259 216 137 290 112 288 2 A-Final: 8 233 315 259 112 363 188 2 531 151 GN 1: 3 112 136 315 363 599 137 259 188 16 Points: 42 pts 315 Mike 34 pts 233 Grasser 33 pts 112 Tom D 26 pts 8 tosh874 26 pts 363 razza 26 pts 259 Jimmy 23 pts 3 Johno 22 pts 188 Aub 18 pts 136 Kruiz 12 pts 16 JK 9 pts 137 MoR 9 pts 2 Michael 7 pts 531 Lee 6 pts 599 Harold 6 pts 151 dode 5 pts 216 speedtech 4 pts 290 Dazza 3 pts 500 Allstar 1 pts 527 fast track 1 pts 288 Ironmac 0 pts 149 Kev 0 pts 221 Spike 0 pts 515 Big Al 0 pts 365 travel 0 pts 488 dave Thanks again to everyone that raced tonight. Iknow there were a couple of moans, but just remember this one phase; 'you cant win the race on lap 1, but you can sure as hell lose it', and I think if people bear that in mind a little more, the racing would be even better Cheers Johno

Have you got all the skin packs from this year? Ithink it was in a patch.
