  2. BIRMINGHAM - THURSDAY 4TH APRIL - START TIME: 7:30PM Sorry for the lack of big write up here, but time is a little bit short for me this week due to university work. Anyway, this week sees rFactor F1's league debut on the tarmac, with Birmingham wheels being our destination. This will be the first rfactor meeting of the new season to take place at the early start time of 7:30pm. As for winners, well it is hard to know. Looking at the points charts from Kev's site, after two shale meetings we appear to have the grades pretty close with only four changes being made this week. The changes were announced by DanSkin last night, and can be foud by clicking here. At the time of writng this preview, 12 people have booked in so far, but judging on past numbers, I wuld expect this to reach 20. So get yourself booked in and try start the rfactor F1 tarmac season on a high. Cheers Johno

For those of you that dont race Heat, and perhaps therefore dont read the Heat F1 forum, can I please divert your attention to the following thread. (click here) Kev will be looking after all the points for the rfactor F1's on his website, nuch the same as he does with the Heat F1's, and he has done his first update of the site for 2008. There is absolutely alsorts on this site, and it will tell you anything you need to know statistically about both the Heat and rFactor F1 leagues. In fact, it even has a detailed section about your own personal career where you will find many facts and figures that you did not even know about yourself! I am sure you will all agree that he has done a marvelous job. Thanks Kev. >>>>>>www.kev149.com<<<<<<
  4. I have moved this topic to here as I would like this forum to be its new home. With the rfactor F1 season now in full swing, I wan the rfactor F1 forum to stay aout just that. There are going to be many notices about tracks, grades, meetings, previews, reviews and i dont want them getting lost in topics such as this. So please can we make this forum it's new home. Cheers Johno
  5. My apologies. Thanks for letting me know. Result and points ammended.
  6. Good Evening Guys Again, Well I must say, there was some very good racing tonight, on a track that seems very suited to rfactor F1's, and that credit too MoR. And credit must go to MoR for the racing as well. He drove a cracking race in the final and it only seems fitting that he came out on top. Else where, there were two heat wins for Hutch on his way to becoming the top scorer on the night. Dazza took his first race win of the season in the other heat. The consolation was won by DB, with the final race of the night, the grand national going to Kruiz. 7. Good Evening guys, Welcome to the second meeting of the season which tonight takes place at the new track of Kings Lynn. If practice is anything to go by, then this will be a fast paced meeting just like its real life counter part. There are 22 cars booked in tonight, meaning a two thirds format, consolation and a 20 car final. The will then be 2 grand nationals (may change depending on numbers). People in charge tonight are as follows: Race Manager: Johno Meeting Steward: MoR Server Manager: DanSkin Here are the heat grids for tonight: Heat 1: 202, 272, 3, 18, 112, 298, 286, 288, 291, 318, 136, 137, 290, 41, 331 CARS: 15 STEWARD: 236 (Server .72) Heat 2: 202, 515, 3, 18, 300, 599, 39, 286, 318, 136, 236, 290, 413, 41, 188 CARS: 15 STEWARD: 137 (Server .72) Heat 3: 272, 515, 112, 298, 300, 599, 39, 288, 291, 137, 236, 413, 188, 331 CARS: 14 STEWARD: 41 (Server .72) Please make sure you have two heats, and are not racing at the same time. Also make sure that you have turned everything off. Run End it all and try to make sure that we suffer no warp. The meeting will kick off at 9pm, therefore please be in chat 5 minutes before hand. Server 5 is set up for practice before the meeting should you wish to inprove your set up. All that is left for me to say is for you to have a good evening. Cheers Johno
  8. THURSDAY 27TH MARCH - 9:00PM - KINGS LYNN Last weeks league debut of the rfactor F1's was nothing short of sensational. The Belle Vue track produced some very close racing, as well as plenty of action. But if you thought last week was good, this week is set to be even better. This week sees the UK Dirt debut of Kings Lynn. MoR has worked his socks off to get this track released on time and allow you guys to have some practice before thursday arrives. And I am sure that I am not the only guy to say this, but the track is simply put sensational, and many thanks go out to MoR for making such a great job of it. This is the first of many meetings that will see the split start times, and this week the meeting kicks off at 9:00pm. Of course last week was the debut of rfactor F1's in league form, and with this being the first grading period, we decided to run active grades. This means grades are allowed to change after each meeting in the first grading period, and no fewer than five have been made. Kruiz #136 up to red. Kruiz took a heat and the meeting final last week. In fact the only race that he did struggle in was the grand national. This means that he finished the night as top scorer, and thus will be promoted to the red grade. Many expect his fine form to continue, especially once we get onto the hard stuff. DB #318 up to Blue DB was another driver to take two wins, this time being a heat and the grand national. He was almost too comfortable at the yellow grade, with only a DNF in the final being his slight downfall. Obviously gifted in the F1, he will start the next meeting from blue. Marky #18 up to yellow Marky was a newcomer to rfactor F1 last weeks, and you would have been forgiven for thinking this was not the case after last weeks performance. Took a very good heat win and picked up other good results on his way to picking up 20 points. There is no doubt this guy is too good for white, and should settle in comfortably at yellow. Harold #599 down to yellow and ChrisEaves #272 down to white Both drivers seemed to struggle in the first meeting, and therefore will be downgraded for this meeting. Both will no doubt be lookng to set the record straight at Kings Lynn. We wish all of them drivers the best of luck at their new grades. At the time of writing this, we have 15 cars booked in for the Kings Lynn meeting. I very much expect that people are slow to book in and this number to reach 20 confortabley. Heading the list will be Hutch #331 and Aub #188. Hutch kick off his quest for the silver roof very well at belle vue, and wil be looking for the same as we roll into Kings Lynn. For Aub however, this was not the case, as he failed to finish in two races. There is no doubt he will be looking to set the record straight. Well that is just a breif preview for this wek. Of course there are many more drivers that may well spring a surprise or two. MoR #137 built the track and I am sure would dearly love to take the final. Johno #3 came close to taking the Belle Vue final before doing a traditional spin which has become a all to familiar sight with the number 3 car. Kruiz is also booked in and will be looking to prove that he can mix it in the star grade and not just at blue. All of this, and more, adds up to what can only be described as a epic oppotunity to produce a classic meeting. Get yourself booked in and continue to make history in rfactor F1. Cheers Johno
  9. Hello Jonnyboy, Think Kendo has covered the F1 changes nicely. I am not sure if it would interest you, but F1's now race on rfactor as well (as you have probably seen with the seperate rfactor F1 section of the forum.) Anywa, after some career research, I have found out that you finished in F1 at yellow, thus should you return to F1, you will start at yellow. Should you decide to race rfactor, you will also start from yellow. Depending if you have any heat F1's ready (which I very much doubt), I have to do I skin pack on wednesday, s am allowing people to add their skins until tuesday at midnight if they wish. Hope this helps a little. Cheers Johno
  10. Top Stuff MoR. I know just how much time and effort you have put it to this and it is too your credit as you have come up with a wonderful track. I thinkit will produce a cracking meeting on thursday (dont forget, 9pm start time guys) Cheers Johno
  11. Hello Guys, There will be a slight change to the disciplinary procedure for the near future..... Instead of any complaints being sent to Crewesader (for Heat) and Michael (for rfactor), they instead both need to come to me. This will be changed in the future once the circumstances allow it to be changed back. THEREFORE...... If you have sent Michael a complaint from thursday's rfactor meeting, then please can you make me aware of this by PM, so I can sort this out. Cheers Johno
  12. Good Evening again guys, Well I think that has been a cracking meeting to kick start the UK Dirt F1 Heat Season. The track produced plenty of action and some awesome battles which both helped to produce some cracking racing. Looking at the results, it was a good night for Kruiz #136. Not only did he take the final win, but he earlier in the night took a heat win. Sorry I aint given a bit of a final report, I dont yet know what went on! Elsewhere, white top Marky #18 took a heat win, with Yellow grade DB #318 taking the other heat, as well as a grand national. TGG #298 also took a grand national win, with the only other race winner on the night coming from Holland. This was Sybe #315 Results: Heat 1: 136 331 39 18 236 291 290 233 3 286 315 112 515 DNF 106 188 Heat 2: 18 136 137 188 413 318 298 236 3 286 272 288 515 DNF 599 202 112 Heat 3: 318 290 331 413 137 233 39 288 202 291 272 106 298 DNF 315 Consolation 1: 315 202 286 288 106 112 272 599 515 A-Final: 136 331 137 286 290 233 112 236 315 298 18 413 288 291 3 106 39 DNF 202 318 188 GN 1: 298 331 137 286 18 112 233 106 39 599 DNF 315 GN 2: 318 290 288 413 291 188 236 136 3 515 DNF 202 Points: 48 pts 136 Kruiz 43 pts 331 HUTCH 37 pts 137 MoR 33 pts 290 Dazza 26 pts 286 Mr Beef 23 pts 318 db 21 pts 233 Grasser 20 pts 18 marky 18 pts 298 TheGreenGenie 18 pts 236 DanSkin 17 pts 413 matthewb 16 pts 112 Tom D 11 pts 39 LeeK 11 pts 291 Marten 11 pts 188 Aub 10 pts 288 Ironmac 6 pts 315 Sybe Racing 5 pts 3 Johno 4 pts 106 Albz 2 pts 515 Big Al 2 pts 599 Harold 1 pts 202 Vegas 0 pts 272 chriseaves Slightly off topic, thank you very much to Spike for letting me know he couldnt race tonight bfore the meeting started. You had disappeared before I had chance to type that Well next week sees yet another new adventure, and this time it will be at Kings Lynn. This should be available towards the back end of the weekend. MoR has worked his socks off, and in some cases sacrificed his college work to get this done, so thank you very much for that. Next weeks Meetings: Heat F1: Belle Vue Old - 7:30pm rFactor F1: Kings Lynn - 9:00pm Thanks to everyone who raced tonight. I hope that we will see you all back next week, and perhaps even doing the heat meeting before hand. I know I will be! Cheers Johno
  13. Good evening guys, Welcome to the first meeting of the new rfactor F1 season which is set to take place at Belle Vue. 24 cars are booked in for tonights meeting, which should see this season kick starts with a bang. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: ROLLING LAPS FOR RFACTOR ARE NOW 20MPH. This is something that we recognised was causing a problem in the test meetings so therefore we have reduced it to make it easier. Tonight, the following people are in charge of the following sections of the meeting: Race Manager: Johno Meeting Steward: MoR Server Manager: DanSkin Please contact MoR via PM in chat if you need to leave, and leave me to do the calculating. Overall, make sure that you have a awesome night of racing. Heat Grids: Heat 1: 18, 106, 515 // 3, 112, 298, 315 // 39, 136, 286, 291 // 233, 236, 290 // 188, 331 CARS: 16 (STEWARD: 137) Heat 2: 18, 202, 221, 515 // 3, 112, 272, 318 // 136, 286, 288, 599 // 137, 236, 413 // 188 CARS: 16 (STEWARD: 233) Heat 3: 106, 202, 221 // 272, 298, 315, 318 // 39, 288, 291, 599 // 137, 233, 290, 413 // 331 CARS: 16 (SYEWARD: 236) PLEASE CHECK YOUR GRADE BEFORE THE START OF THE MEETING. Really you should be running 'end it all'. Anyway, thats it for now. Make sure that you enjoy what could be a great night of racing. Cheers Johno
  14. Bookings now closed guys - have the perfect entry on 24 cars.
  15. As the topic suggests, place your late bookings / cancellations here. Closes at 7pm
  16. UK DIRT RFACTOR F1 HAS ARRIVED OFFICIALLY Thursday 20th March, Belle Vue, 8:30pm Well after a long off season practicing on the new mod, the time has come for the mod to make its official UK Dirt league debut at Belle Vue. At the time of writing this, we have 20 cars booked in, but I would expect that to reach over 25 by the close of bookings tomorrow, and who knows, it may perhaps reach over 30. The booking list is headed by the off season rivals Drumbstick #321 and Hutch#331. Both drivers won numerous races throughout the off season, and on both occasions, during the autumn series and SNT, the points title went down to the last race. On both occasions Drumbstick just came out on top, and there is no doubt that Hutch will want to go one step better in the season. Fellow superstar Aub #188 is also in the booking list, and having won a couple of finals already, he is more than capable of taking victories in the opening meeting. Moving down the grid, we have four red grade drivers booked in. Dazza #290 is said to be one of the fastest in the league, and will be looking to prove that true from the word go. DanSkin #236 already has a final win under his belt at Belle Vue, and MoR has already won several races at the Manchester race way. Grasser is the final red top, and it is good to see him racing, after only making a few appearances in the heat league last year. Looking at the blue grade drivers, and its Kruiz #136 that will be leading the way one expects. Already won meeting finals, he is probably one driver that will be expected to get upgraded very quickly. Same could well be said for LeeK #39, who hasn’t started at blue in F1 for a very long time. With the massive difference between shale and tarmac, expect him to be more at home on the tarmac however. The final too blue tops are Marten #291 and Harold #599. Marten took a heat win at hednesford the other week, so it would perhaps not be surprising if he did well. Harold in a unknown quantity in rfactor however. Looking at the yellow grade drivers, all of them have some good experience. DB #318 had a good meeting at Hednesford the other week and will be looking to continue with that. Johno #3 claims the Belle Vue is his favourite place so will be looking to try and improve on his recent outings. TomD #112 and Sybe #315 have both done a handful of meetings, so know their way around an rfactor F1 and will be looking to do well. Finally, we have five white tops, including a driver racing from the other side of the world in Albz #106. He will be joined by two of his friends, Spike #221 and BigAl #515. All three come from the ‘more experienced generation’ of F1 drivers, and will be looking to do well for their white grade birth. The other two white top drivers are Marky #18 and Vegas #202. Little is known about these two drivers therefore it is possible that these are two drivers to keep our eyes on. Either way, tomorrow is set to be a classic. It’s the dawning of a new era in regards to UK Dirt F1’s, and one that is very exciting. Be sure to join us on this classic night, and say that you were there for the first official UK Dirt F1 league meeting. Cheers Johno
  17. I have not missed you out Lee. If you read I said that we looked at the autumn series points chart, then a little bit of graders discretion for drivers that we have seen in other meetings, not practice, do well. I can't deny that you maybe fast in practice, but doing laps is only a little part of rfactor, as it takes more than that to win a race. Therefore, you will start at your Heat grade, which is white. If you dominate from white like you seem to imply you will then you will be promoted the week after. Cheers Johno
  18. Yep I have missed him off. This is because we used the autumn series points chart to base our decision, and then used some graders discretion with a few people. Therefore, DB will start the season from his Heat F1 grade, which is yellow. Should he fly from there in the first meeting, which he may well, then it will be a straight promotion. Thats the good thing about active Grades. Cheers Johno
  19. Hello Guys, Here are the grades for the start of the season which starts at Belle Vue next Thursday, start time 8:30pm. These grades will stay in place for the first grading period, unless told you are changing by a member of the F1 Admin Team. It may change within the grading period as we will run ‘active grades’ for the first grading period, which means that we can move anyone we like, up or down, within the first grading period. There will be NO grade changes during a meeting (eg between heat and final say). Anyway, the grades are as follows; World / European / National Points Champion Michael #2 Superstars (Flashing lights) Drumbstick #41 Hutch #331 Aub #188 Red Grade Dubstar #123 MoR #137 Matthew #413 Dazza #290 DanSkin #236 Tosh #8 Pedz #212 *ex world champion cant drop below red till sept 09 Scrapman #53 Mac #219 Grasser #233 Blue Grade Ironmac #288 Dav #426 LeeK #39 Murph #322 MrBeef #286 Kruiz #136 PaulP #146 Alan #268 FatDave #488 JK #16 Fozz #155 Yellow Grade GreenGenie #298 Johno #3 Fourwinds #156 Splinter #20 Matty #300 Cap #27 Sybe #315 Mart #435 Dino #66 Mav #525 TomD #112 Tinman #248 Cod #120 White Grade BigAl #515 Samson #63 Damien #129 Albz #106 Kendo #192 Bruce #201 Fritz #215 Spike #221 Tads #421 AliP #65 Anyone else that wishes to take part in the rfactor F1 season, will start with their Heat grade. If you are totally new to UK Dirt, then you will start as white. If you have never raced rfactor, but you have experience in other formulas other than F1, then you need to PM me so that we can discuss your grade. If you are unsure, first of all look at the rfactor F1 driver list* as this will tell you your grade. If you are still unsure, then please say so here, or PM me. *please note. I cant update the database at the minute due to the site being down. When the website comes back online, I will update them but plase appreciate I may not have do it straight after the site coming back up due to me possibly being else where. Should the site come back online tomorrow, I will sort them out tomorrow night. Cheers Johno
  20. Thanks for doing the skin packs MoR - Top Stuff
