Just had a look at my usage stats for the last few month kendo.I use between 5 and 7 GB a month gaming and general browsing, thats 2 or 3 nights ukdirt,and a bit of lfs,there are a couple of other computers on my network so that will be 4 or 5 hrs of browsing a day and a bit of streaming radio.

Watto,Sky boxes even when filtered can still be a problem on adsl,sticking a second filter inline often helps,just remember to stick the modem on the filter closest to the socket.

The 32 gb clip may be splodges problem not yours. Download belarc one of the things it will tell you is the motherboard make.

Splodge, if you format the drive in xp using the "fat32"file system only 32gb will be seen, it needs to be formated using "NTFS" file system to see all of it,you should have had the option when formating. If you want to use Fat32 you will need to format in dos. Also check the drive, because some have a jumper to limit the capacity for use with much older systemss.

I'm old fashioned so I do my partitions and formating in dos at the same time as I install the disk. Check the website of the disk maker,most of them have utilities for disk management.

Hi It is a disk controller limitation. Motherboards older than about 2 years will see a maximum of 128/137 depending on counting method. Check to see if there are any updated drivers for your motherboard,if not split the drive into 2 partitions.

I'm sure nobody will complain if you make either mod.

Hi Albz Give this a try, I find it much better than enditall and has good advice on what to turn of. nothin obvious I can see in the hijack log,although realshed.exe and tkbelle are real player updaters that can cause problems. Some of the routing to jolt has been a bit strange since pipex took over the servers,at 1 point my route was going from 1 side of the telehouse building in London to the other via amsterdam for a couple of weeks till it was sorted out.So your problem may be only temporary.
