Racing aside from last night, I think a few people need to go away and have a very serious look at themselves. Looking from the outside in as i did not do many of the races last night, the attitude both, driving and in chat (in server and mirc) was nothing short of appalling. When i see messages in chat saying things in chat like "just wait until the race" and "i'm glad ive been loaded" i have to beginning to question why you even bother booking in. now im sorry to pick on one case but when i see im glad ive been loaded in chat it makes me question the point of wasting a whole evening to be loaded and proud of it? I have seen countless cases of people arguing in chat with admins over decisions over the last few weeks including last night, i assume that people missed the section in the rules that states the correct manner in which you should appeal a disciplinary action I certainly never expected to see the 6 members of admin present get as little respect off the people they run this for as i did last night. I think people dont realise how much these guys put into this. like they say you dont miss it until its gone; I get the feeling that a few people amidst last night shocking display may one day ruin it for everyone. I race on here for fun, some people seem to have other motives. If you are not racing for fun then what exactly are you doing here To summarise my ramblings. Those of you I am referring to, and i sit here i no doubt, you know who you are, learn some respect, learn some manners and grow up.

louis makes a good point. ive raced at white for the whole time ive been on ukdirt, and am working my way through picking up pace as i go along but i find more oftern than not if i higher grade driver over takes me and i do have the pace to move back on them, if i nudge them wide i find myself having a rather abrupt meeting with the wall next bend. not sure myself how newer drivers are meant to move up and progress if people feel the need to put them away everytime someone from white passes you.

i gree with southy on this, ive never had a set up off someone that i havent changed to suit me. i personaly dont think you can go far wrong with the trouble shooting section on the raceline central website, find what you dont like about the way the car handles then change an aspect that they suggest. its worked wonders for me. not that ive gotten faster but im more consistent.

does anyone know if there is any kind of add on or tweak i can put into rfactor to have a ghost car run my hot laps, i remember turning thousands of laps on different racing games with a ghost car to improve my times but i cant see anything like this for rfactor apart from rfmerge which just looks clumsy just wondering if anyone has any ideas or suggestions?

don't be so hard on yourself Ricky mate you(like me) had only done one meeting before this was just a bit of a winter laugh. Our team (lions) had 2 members that had done 1 meeting and 2 that hadn't done any meetings but we turned up for a laugh. And what a cracking meeting it was too.

ok: 1) is it still palmerston north as quoted in the provisional fixture list? 2) is it just the 1st driver of a team to finish that scores? 3) do we pick car number based on the order we were in the booking list? 4th... and final) any ideas what un-hampered lap time is like there?
