  1. 28 Days to go for your Renewal payment to be cleared and account updated. So far there are 53 renewed memberships.
  2. Hi m8 Have you tried adjusting your settings as described on the ukdirt site ? You will find it on the tabs on the left under League Information/Jolt Servers/Setting up your PC. The main thing is to ensure you have closed all your programs down (including MSN) before you try and log in. That should help, if not, there may be a problem with your connection. Counter
  3. you have a PM m8 as your account was fully activated last night. Let me know what you don't have access to.
  4. Hi Lee Your payment was received from paypal at 21.37 tonight and one of your 3 registered accounts on ukdirt was activated by 22:00. Two of these accounts had the same address including "magic", which is the one you asked to be activated. I will delete the other 2 accounts in your name as we ask people not to keep registering new accounts when they have been unable to complete their registration within 2 weeks of activation. Your membership is active and you are paid up until 28/2/09. If you have already registered numbers in the various leagues and now wish to change any of them, you will need to contact the Head Admin of each league seperately. Counter

  11. Hi Simon Sorry m8, I'm not sure how you get your disk format onto your PC to use Movie Maker - did you get a USB cable to save the files onto the PC or does the mini disc fit into your disk drive on the PC ? If you can get the files into your PC, you could then use Movie Maker as I described above. That's about as techie as I get !!
  12. Hi m8 Did it not come with some software ? I got a JVC and it came with Powerdirector software (a bit like Windows Moviemaker). It's a simple job of draggging the files into the project file and then saving them to dvd as a movie. You can also add music and text. I'm sure you would be able to use windows moviemaker (should have that with your XP Home bundle). Hope this helps and I'm not just sharing stuff you already know.have tried
  13. Hi m8 This is a really tough one. I've never really tried using anyone else's set ups because I think we all see and react differently. I've just tinkered with one or 2 things to try and get round more quickly. There's no doubt about it that set ups are more important than ever. In F2, 1 - 2 years ago this approach was OK with only the Superstars really blowing your doors off by 0.5 to 1 secs a lap. Over the last year things seemed to have moved on significantly and I'm now at least 0.5 sec slower than the average and 1.5 to 2.5 secs a lap slower than the rest of the reds and superstars. One of the main differences is that I spend a huge amount of less time in the Friday/Sunday practice sessions. I think you have a really good suggestion here for those of less techie minded where o/s loose, pushing on etc type explanations don't necessarily help. Softer springs makes it grippier, slower and usually more stable. Harder springs makes it loose, faster and usually far less stable and harder to control. I'm sure there will be many that will say the above has the opposite effect for them ! I hope you get some support here.

  15. I think the main limit is driven by the amount of entries read from the drivers text file, which I think stops at 100 as stated above. If you want to select or see cars (offline), you need to change the order or ranking in the drivers text file if you have too many.
  16. Thanks for giving us something to do m8 I'm surprised you can still see the screen let alone try and read posts at your age ! You may want to look here http://forum.kev149.com/index.php?showtopic=23008
  17. Hi M8 There is no special treatment for Admin. If you have seen any bad language being posted on the site there is a little "REPORT" button at the bottom of every post to draw this to attention. Another accusation of special treatment for Admin when in reality most of our racing tends to suffer given the amount of time we devote for your enjoyment. If you don't believe the REPORT button works fair enough, us Admin will just spend some extra time trying to find the posts your on about.
