One thing you might be able to do is select the area where the 'labels' are showing, and use a smudge tool on a low opacity and bland the colour over the top of the label. That may take some time but I think its possible

I know Basher Broad's mechanic took one to a Boneshaker at Westworld, where it survived and Basher took it to Smeatharpe. Basher actually survived a heavy two car follow in from 108 Steve and 170 Dave Brown to get the car back out for more later in the meeting. So would imagine they are fairly hard little motors?

I havent forgotten about this lads, just been busy working on it, Nick has helped with something I have been stuck on for weeks, so should get some more done soon! Would really love to create Newton, the very best track this side of Ringwood! Got some video's so you never know Ill get that basic track I created up soon, I might scale it down abit so its better racing, but it will still be fairly basic! Yes, the old race course, there was only one Newton Abott that I used to go as a young 'en, that place in the video! Cracking Video Si, funny how all the good old banger boys such as 282 Steve Hunt, 254 Richard Beere, 114 Nick Courtier etc have all tried there hand at something different back in the day ! (Steve Hunt for example has raced National Bangers, Saloon Stock Cars and Hot Rods - that I know about!). No-one as good as Kevin Stack round Newton with an on song 2.5 PI though And well done Cabs!

Polo was banger racing! Passed away a few years ago now (His memorial meeting was at Arena in 2003, so im guessing at 2002). There was a thread on the Ovalchat forum so people could post there thought and pass on there condolences, and it made the hairs stand up on the back of your neck. What he could do with a car most of us only dream about, he could win a World title or just pull of massive hit after massive hit. After he got his ban from bangers he raced 2 litre hot rods where he came very good picking up some titles. He actually died fom burns he received after a fire at his yard. (I think it was his yard anyway!) A very sadly missed driver, one of the best ever seen

Yes i did actually as my first render was of one of my models. And im not moaning, just trying to point out a few things, I mean how can you say what do you think when there really isnt much to look at? But then, im a nobody arent I, sorry for saying

Not being funny here, Well done on having a go, but i cant see the point in posting up a pic of a render of a car that still has the damage on it along with the straight panels or on that trailer where the car is obviously out of proportion. It really isnt much to look at. Your better off practising behind the scenes and getting it right then post up a picture, theres plenty of stuff available to you (Info, pics etc) you just need to search for it

How did u do that? It doesn't seem to be possible with the Chrome effect. Find a picture of some chrome, cut out the shape you want, put it in place on your template, when the you save the template as a tga its flatens the image to one layer anyway so no need to worry about attcahing it to anything

Thanks for kind words lads, but i dont see it being that good, just a practise! It isn't quite available to race yet as the walls etc arent hitable, when it is ill let you know and post it up if a couple want to race it

With a huge amount of help from James (explanation's about things etc) I have finally got some knowledge and understanding on what im doing! A pic of ''Basic'' as it is now Looks a tad like Arena because i used textures from that track (cheers Nick for permission) of course, when Westworld is done it will hopefully have its own different textures. Jamesy has given me some superb pics to work on (cant thank him enough!), and will soon be starting work on that Dazza

Brilliant Budge thanks Myself and Jamesy went looking for an aerial pic of Westworld on there and couldnt find one and thought that we must be doing something wrong, but as SamA explained they only done the ''important'' parts of the country in detail, so dunno why you can get clear pics of Mildenhal on there!
