Never heard of the problem before Many of the interior parts have different mesh GMT files, such as the body, dash, dials, wheel, etc. Sounds like a game problem if its doing it on the Megane and Smith cars. Possibly a recently installed new mod has changed your LOD (detail) settings One thing you could try is going to your user folder and open your personel PLR setting file in notepad (worth backing this up at this point before you change too much) In the display options you can change the cockpit vibration, head movement, yaw movement look ahead angle etc. Try taking a look to see if setting some of these figures down to 0.000 will help. If its a LOD (interior camera detail) problem, this can be fixed in a similar way to the above, but in the CAM files in each vehicle folder, ie LOD multiplier may be set at 1.000. You could increase it to 2 or 3 until the problem is fixed. DO NOT increase it too much as it will cause much heavier loads on your system. PS These will not cause mismatches, as you're not changing the vehicles physics. If all this sounds too complicated then dont attempt to adjust anything Mini are you sure you have steering wheel set to show in the game menu? (sorry if thats obvious to you, but am just checking)

I agree. The banger crew have come in and spoilt it for me. Dont get me wrong I like a good spin out, ministox style, but its just become a free for all crash fest. I thought that was left for the last race, but now its every race. Skegness for example, its impossible to do 1 lap without being taken out. I dont mind it to a degree but when every single lap is like that its a waste of time.

The bottom of the veh file is quite important, for example: FullTeamName="Sim-Stox (Novice Shale)" TeamFounded= TeamHeadquarters="" TeamStarts= TeamPoles= TeamWins= TeamWorldChampionships= Category="ShaleOL" Make sure it reads that, so it shows in game. If you have one car reading wrong it can sometimes muck up the rest of the cars so make sure you always know which veh file is incorrect (ie the one you're working on) If in doubt, make a copy of a driver's veh (with the same chassis) onto your desktop then just change your name and numbers from top to bottom. Rename it in the correct format (needs to have this name in the veh file), then put it with your dds file.

Lite is the same as the main game, but without some of the unecessery files/tracks/cars/sounds etc Its the best thing to use when fixing problems as it will just overwrite any important files which have been changed. Pedz I thought it was originally ministox based, but the last few weeks has been more like minicross bangers all meeting

WD Team Pants. Glad it all went well and seems to have gone incident free for you all. I decided to miss this year in the end. I went to Silverstone to watch the British GP (it was free and it was closer lol)

How did you made the decals they look very nice, mayby i can use your methode for my new project aswell. Im painting the signs by hand i think this is very difficult on such scale, but im happy with the looks afterall maybe your type of sign-writing will be some easier to do?? but it looks alot better then mine. imo If you can do your own decals on the PC and print them on sticky A4 paper (glossy or non-glossy) I've tried to make transparent transfers but not sure what ink to use otherwise inkjet smudges even after it dries. Think I've even tried laser printer before and didnt have much sucess. I personally think its the best method for small scale cars. The bangers look ok painted but for rods and stox decals look slightly more professional + (I'm not great at painting!) I've also converted a few 1/50 scale coaches and trucks for my son and some of the modelstox for him to play with, with full signwriting on about 30 stockcars. Doesnt take too long when you get to know what you're doing and work out the sizes. One or two have accidently ended in the bath so then you have to do it again tho lol

its 1/24 scale, signwriting will be re-done better nxt week, tempted to do it in 'superstu/maestro colours as seen at coventry. signs are all done anyway so wont be too much effort.

I'd be interested to see the wheel's once fitted. Next best option is to find some inner wheels that look right then 'extend' the wheel to suit. I'm going to tidy this car up a little when I get chance

wow what a stunning job. Not so sure about the wheels, but it's hard to get wellers and hoosiers at that scale

Looks good Leech. It can be so time consuming copying a car and getting the small details spot on. Dont forget to transfer it all to the rFactor template once its done

Why is it you Dutch guys are all having problems with the game, mismatches etc. What are you all doing?? Try installing rfactorlite over the top of what you have. It should sort it. Then make sure you have the mod, skinpacks, track.

So what you're saying is, in real life you would you expect a Stockcar to hit another at 70+ mph? ...and that would be ok?

Just wondering how points are scored here: 298 won twice, 2nd in other heat, and won the GN and scored 35 points?
