I current access the internet through an Orange livebox router, but since switching to this from my old modem, I cant host any races. Could anyone pleasebe kind enough to instruct me on how to set up my router to allow me to host, as it is all well above my limited computer knowledge? Thanks in advance.

Could you not email the ' boffins' at Orange? I would say ring them, but the call would probably cost you half the operating fees of a South American Army, given what call centres charge for such services.

Silly question, but have you gone past the ' help' stage on the installation cd? I had problems getting my live box installed, it wouldnt work on my pc for days until it then decided to work as if by magic and then it did the very same thing to my missuses laptop. With the laptop it took several weeks of installing/uninstalling the set up cd before it would work.

Take a copy of the chequer sheet and adjust the colour?

From memory, there was a program that would let you reverse a tex to a tga, but it lost alot of the detail from the skin. simply changing the name from text to tga does diddly squat! You need to rely on some of the ' more experienced' skinpainters/members for advise regarding such programs and not those of some 5 minute-know-it-all . If you put a search in on the forum, that should unearth the post regerding this matter, its from about 18 months ago if I remember rightly.

Oh, and Cal, the Cologne V6's where either 2.3 or 2.8 cc, Essex V6's where 3ltr.

The XJS/XJ40 and the MK2 conversions look well smart, but the XJ6 ones look like abortions!

Reg, seeing that you are into modeling the ' older' cars, what are the hope/chances of seeing a MK1 Trummy estate being wheeled out of your garage at a later date?

He wasn't well known outside of the Autospeed area, and will be almost unheard of by most of the younger South West forum members, but banger driver (from Newton Abbot days) Alan Manning died last Friday. I spent many, many happy hours watching him and his arch enemy, Kevin Stack, battling it out with each other round Newton Abbot, Smeatharpe, and I think on very rare occasions St.Austell, when I was a youngster. It was guys like him, Stacky and Paul Shepherd that made me want to take up banger racing. RIP Smasher.

Have you tried to un-install the mod? I tried it, didnt like it, and after using the add remove program facility in my control panel, its wiped out all my league/mod short cuts, on desktop and in folders! Now the only way I can use the banger mod is to use a MOD launcher.

Swindy do you have a daytime job, or do you just make models all day long? How on earth do you manage to keep turning them out so quickly? As usual, great work!

What is it with some anuses hacking other peoples Hotmail accounts? I gotta say, if anyone is found to be hacking anybody concerned with BWS, they will be publicly shamed, and banned from the BWS league, anyone being banned from BWS will also be publicly shamed on ALL other leauges also.

Ive got a few skins that Ive done for my own use on * ahem Cough * the free leagues. When I get a chance, I'll post some of them up. If your going to do a skinpack with all these skins rodder, Ill post up the tex files etc, so if you think they're worthy, you can add 'em too.
