Assuming that it is attempting to boot from the hard disk rather than the floppy drive, it sounds like you've lost some data, maybe even everything from the hard disk. The easiest way to get any data from the HD would be to put the whole drive into your new pc, setting it up as a slave drive, if the disk isn't completely knackered then it would show up in windows, allowing you to copy the stuff you wanted from it. Do an internet search for "adding a slave hard drive" or something similar if you don't know how to do it already.

There lays your problem, I'm with Virgin too, although I've already cancelled and will be changed in a few weeks. Virgin have taken on too many customers by their own admission, I've been on to their customer service a few times for a date for when it'll be sorted but they say they cannot give me a date, so I'm switching ISP. A quick search of the net for 'Virgin.net ping problem' will find a forum or two full of Virgin.net customers complaining.

That just isn't the attitude of most Banger drivers! Well certainly the school I come from. Unbelievable! In alot of respects it's actually harder to drive a banger sideways than it is a hotrod or F2, no quick racks, LSD's or set up suspension etc on most bangers. PS. I went to the HMC a couple of years ago and vowed never to return 'cos it was total poo, it looked a fun track to race but watching did nothing for me.

Yes, the F1Time season is just starting now and the current Pitwall season is on it's last round. Both games are good fun, there's alot more to these than Batracer though, much like the Grandprix manager games you can buy but without all the fancy graphics.

Sounds like either the graphics card or the monitor to me, check all of the connections, if you have a spare monitor try that as that would be the 1st thing I'd try.

If you've followed these steps from the tutorial and those before and after exactly, then it will all work fine... The next step is to extrude some edges, so that's what we'll do now. In the "Edit Mesh" menu select "Edge" as circled in the picture below. Scroll down the "Edge" menu and click "Select Open Edges" This will select all the open edges on your model. We don't want to extrude the window apertures or the pillars at this stage so we need to de-select them. Hold down "Alt" whilst clicking on the edges we want to de-select to de-select them.

F1time This one has great potential but is currently being developed, can take a while to get your account opened, so be patient.
