  1. I'm not saying it needs to be scrapped, it will add more realsim to the game as most real life F2's do have black numbers with a white background. Its just more people need read the rules.
  2. I have just recieved this PM on stoxnet, but I don't want to give him wrong advice, so can somebody who knows for sure, please tell him what he needs to do or where he's going wrong. Thanks Thanks Kruiz
  3. I can see admin having their work cut out about the whole black on white numbers issue.
  4. One I did a while ago but never posted it seems.. [attachmentid=21771] [attachmentid=21770] Some really nice drawings here lads
  5. About to liven a meeting up near you ..... [attachmentid=21727]
  6. Scratch that, I've managed to fix it, I took the clamp apart and part of it had come off, but I've put it back together now. Back on for tomorrow again
  7. Sorry lads, I can't make tomorrow anymore, a stock car fan has just come round my house and made a big mess of my wheel 'trying' to play rFactor, so looks like I'm out on the sidelines for a few more weeks until I can afford another one.
  8. I've got a week of revising ahead, just wondering if theres anybody wanting to do some rFactor practise this weekend at some point? We could try a race at each of the tracks or something..
  9. Yep, can't really add much to that, thanks everyone who was involved, Admin, UKSOM & all the drivers, thanks for a great series. can't wait for the next
  10. Had it downloading overnight lol Something else to look forward to in the morning Have to say that really is brilliant, I was hoping you would do both the final & supreme final
  11. Personally I absolutely loved the 26 car GN, I thought it was fantastic that its possible to have that many cars without warp, sure there was some carnage, but it is stock car racing and people are still learning the ropes, so maybe it will work out better in the future or at bigger tracks, but I would love to do it again. Thr night race was great, added something more to the occasion and my computer only dropped 3 fps to 29 which seemed just about managable, I would like to see more of these in future I think, perhaps after the heats the day could progress to night, not forgetting the possibilty of wet tracks, which would certainly add another level of unpredictability to the racing, but maybe we'll save that for a while lol. Have to say I'm totally addicted with this now, and to be honest heat doesn't feel the same to me anymore, so I can't wait to get back behind the wheel again
  12. Thats superb, possibly the best so far, I'm really disapointed I couldn't have been there now. Keep up the great work mate
  13. TGG, I have just been redownloading the vids in hi-res again after formatting my drive, as I wanted to put them on a DVD, but the link to Round 5 (Belle Vue) is broken, can you fix it please? Thanks for hosting the videos it is much appreciated
  14. Woop woop, won my 'derby' match againt them dam pikeys, 3 - 0!
  15. Congratulations Drumbstick, very well deserved unlucky Hutch, it was very close all series Not the best night for me points wise, only getting a 1st & 9th, but kepy getting cuaght up in others wrecks plus I spun myself on a few occasions, especially in the final, trying to hard, too much boot I think was the cause. Having said that I thoroughly enjoyed it, and the GN was amazingly hectic with the most cars ever in a race I think in the series which is a great way to end in my opinion and I was quite proud to have even finished it to be honest, even if it was in 19th Thanks to admin for running the series and UKSOM for the mod, it is truly awesome, looking forward to the Thunder series and the 2008 season even more so. Cheers Kruiz
  16. Theoretically yes, but most people have already decided which they prefer and have condemned rFactor without giving it a chance, so it probably won't make much difference in my opinion.
  17. You can't stop anyone from viewing the forum I don't think, theres nothing there to suggest hes logged in.
  18. Just got to laugh at this fixture [attachmentid=21616] Should be some spectacle that, I don't envy the referee at all
  19. Kruiz 136 back for more plz
  20. You need to watch a film that has just been released called 'The Golden Compass' then, its kind of like a rip off of Lord of the Rings, but each character has a personal demon. I wouldn't really recomend the film as I think its been overdone with CGI and geberally isn't very believable, but it may be something to do in the boring Winter months.
  21. thats just freaked me out a little Nick lol I also believe in ghosts because i use to and still kinda do every now and then wake up to something standing near the window or my computer, was worse when it happened every single night..had somebody on my bed a few times scarying the crap out of me! Was that your ex Davey? Only joking mate I do believe in ghosts, several odd things have happened to me before, the clock on the wall (a huge big antique thing) honest to god jumped off the wall one day. My younger brother said to my mum one day when he was about 4 'there's an old man in my bedroom mum' this was just weeks after my grandad died. I love watching ghost video's on the internet, I don't believe this one for a second tbh, (probably becuase the amount I've watched that are quite convincing). Ghosts are kind of my second hobby after stock cars really.
  22. That guide dont work with version of photoshop I use but cheers for posting link up Hmm, it works for me mate and I have photoshop 6?
  23. Thats fantastic, thanks for that Biffo That must be where the dirt cars were as we could certainly see dust and hear some loud engines from not too far away, I bet that was more entertaining than the slightly tame crash-a-rama.
  24. You've hit the nail on the head there Dazza, that is what stock cars is about, and patience and respect certainly pays off. You can't be good straight away, it takes a lot of practise and patience. I've driven about 2000 laps at each track and I'm still nowhere near the standard of Hutch & Drumbstick but I'm a lot closer than I was a week after I started. If people are just struggling and getting frustrated, then calm down and be patient it will come after practise, don't expect to be a champion in the first meeting. If you are only there to hammer other drivers every bend, then please think about the amount of practise most drivers put in just to get the car going in a straight line before you ruin their night. It may be a game to you, but a hobby almost a sport to others who can't comptete in the real thing, try and respect that, thats all I'm saying. Kruiz
