Just a few idea's that I thought of last night, that I've not seen mentioned anywhere else yet, not sure if its possible or not. In the upgrades part where you can change rims, wings, sidepods etc. would it be possible to have a superstar flashing lights option? (for superstars of course). Also, in a real race, on shale, shale gets thrown to the outside of the track making it more slippy & boggy there than on the inside line, especially at Coventry & Belle Vue. I'm not sure if its entirely practical, but might be worth a try?

Awesome, thanks lads for the help o the swingman view, I'll change it when I get home from college I've tried using the incar view, but becuase my current graphics card is not very good, it doesn't work very well as it looks very jumpy, and the swingman view is the only view that doesn't lag much. I think the chat thing must be lag then, I thought we were just being left to decide when to go on our own lol.

Also, unless I'm going blind, "Roll at 30" didn't show up on mine a couple of races. I think that was the reason. Maybe cos you're shouting from the back t'wud be great if rolling laps could be made to work and the game to call go. I saw the 'roll at 30', but never a go? I assumed towards the last few races that we were to go when we saw the Whites go, but until I realised that I was overtaken by blue graders before the start line. Is there anyway of having a rear view mirror when using the swingman view? Its the only view I can get on with, but I'm really missing a rear view mirror as the main part of my racing from Heat was my ability to escape battles, but I can't even see who's coming in rfactor.

Thanks m8 I don't think theres any real need to resize skins, I'd rather download one or two large skinpacks rather than having to keep up to date with skinpacks every month anyway. I would imagine its easier to just have one or two packs at the start of the season for you aswell Craig? Also you won't have to check all the skins every month to make sure they comply with rules etc. Anyway, thanks again Kruiz

Hi All, With the new test series getting ever closer, would it be possible to have a list of tracks with best and average lap times for each of the venues included on the fixtures? Most of the tracks named on the fixture have already had an unofficial meeting held there, so there must be some lap times knocking about? I have been trying to get quicker and more stable all this week, gradually getting slightly better but I don't really know what I'm aiming for. I realise rfactor is more about keeping under control than being fast, but it will still be nice to know that I'm not going to be like 2 seconds a lap slower than everyone else. To start with I'm getting: Belle Vue: 14.1 best, 14.4/5 average Birmingham: 13.1 best, 13.3/4 Ips Shale: 16.2 best, 16.5/6 average Ips Tarmac: 15.1 best, 15.3/4 average That's with a PS2 controller using analog stick btw. I'm disapointed to have missed the meeting as I I can just about get round Belle Vue, but too was at the real thing, so was more than Happy to see FWJ win the Final, Lundy win the GN, Mal Brown bury SSJ and then watch Nigel Whalley pull away from SSJ in the last 5 laps of the final to get 2nd. But happy to report my dad gave me some tips on how top set a real F1 up on Shale and Tarmac on the way there so hopefully they will translate into the game Oh well next week hopefully
