  1. Soho Dwelling Freak! Give that man a bus pass!
  2. Firestorm, George Heath and myself are racing at Wimbledon on the 4th November under the banner Team Saloonies, and are looking for a 4th driver to complete the team. If anyone's interested and has a banger built to spedeworth rookie banger spec, PM me or send me 3rd party details if they're not a forum member, cheers, xTx
  3. Have you considered stuffing it with Polyfilla?
  4. wicked wheels, nice render!
  5. Here's mine [attachmentid=20416]
  6. Photos are only viewable if you're a member of the forum. Unless you're suggesting that some of our members are not suited to viewing this image? Or that the owner of the jag estate owns the intelectual property that is its image? If i blanked the plates it would still be easily identifiable by the owner or others that were familiar with it. Perhaps the administrators of this forum should remove this image until they are satisfied that i have obtained the vehicle owners permission? Does your comment not equally apply to the image of the coupe limo posted on this thread? Thanks for the comment though, every little helps!
  7. coupla photos as promised, this lives next road to me, sorry about the quality [attachmentid=20207] [attachmentid=20208]
  8. there is one in the skinpainting guide section of www.ukdirt.co.uk
  9. Think there were more made on here tbh! There's an xjs estate in the next street, i'll keep an eye on it for you Matt, make sure those naughty banger men don't get their hands on it . To be honest i do sometimes wonder about just how many rare motors banger racing is chewing through. I counted at least 10 MK10 jags at hedno the other week. Not many of those about, and as they're big, rare and unreliable, not many enthusiasts want to keep them running. Same goes for a Mk1 coupe limo, who in the public domain is going to go through all that pain and suffering to keep an over big, thirsty and slightly plain motor on the road.....? I'll try to post some photos of my neighbours motor, 'till then xTx
  10. That's pretty sad. They only make sixty-seven examples of one car, and some sap needs to destroy one in a silly Banger Race. so long as we save at least one, whats the problem?
  11. Kaiser Chiefs - Every Day I Love you Less and Less and I Predict a Riot
  12. So very sad! I often remember his balls out approach to rallying, even the biggest crashes didn't stop him, he finished so many stages and rally's with his car in pieces, still setting fastest stage times along the way. Anytime i see a legacy i think of his camel and rothmans liveries, that's how i'll remember him. As always, its his family i feel most sorry for, RIP Colin McRae.
  13. Nice to see anyone racing, good luck to you mate. With respect to it being light contact, the majority of all motorsport is NON contact, but that doesn't stop competitors from making their cars safe. The cars most fragile component is you and to be honest you stand a good chance of getting damaged if you dont sort your bolts and frame. Spend your time and money making it safe, then if there's any left over make it pretty. Have a look at Ernies car close up and you'll see that its not just the paint that's sorted. Post afters photos gents, and enjoy yourselves! xTx
  14. Happy birthday Boss, remember you're only as old as the person you feel! xTx
  15. And worth every second it is too! Congratulations, enjoy it! Some of the best days of your lives next coupla years, then they start arguing and its all downhill from there xTx
  16. Cheers GAZ 131 bro, luv it, i'll wear it with pride on Tuesday xTx
  17. Happy Birthday Chewy mate, celebrate with us online on Tuesday! Have a great one, xTx
  18. Go on then, Paint me a Mk2 Granada for the PRI final please. I never normally race these, but when in Rome... If possible i'd like Team's DG and Poshwash plus Abby, Ruby, Grace and S! on it somewhere, Cheers, xTx
  19. A treat for you FbF. http://www.thesweeney.info/
  20. Not been theatre in yonks, feel like i'm missing out, loads of clever and funny productions out there. nice find!
  21. just need to make sure you dont go back with much! Pints are on freew67...... I think that wont be 2 hard without buying pints of Diet coke. I dont remember where we were, but we stopped at Mcdonalds. 2 large chicken sandwich meals total 8 pounds. Now your large is our med. Im thinking 8p not bad, oh wait, WTF?! $16 USD for 2 med meals? Over here it would have been around $9. A 2L of Diet Coke was over $2, here I can get them on sale for 89-99 cents. Plus my wife wants to stay in London for a night or 2!?!?!?!? Ill be lucky to have anything left over Tell your wife London is far too big to see in a day or two and that you'ld be much better off staying somewhere smaller, like Ipswich or Ringwood or Arlington or Horndean or Yarmouth or Buxton or Skegness etc etc etc (wherever's racing basically)
