yep, they're pre-coded with the necessary activation code. Install that as normal then install 1 mod and 1 track to check before you waste two days downloading to find there's a problem.

oh to have that luxury (Kruiz, we had investigated it briefly but, like the engine damage, it was all a bit 'random' in terms of quantifying weight of impact against the damage caused....it's still on the 'wish list' m8 but we need to learn more about it) in terms of the driving, obviously i can't comment on specific incidents last night but, as a yellow top racing on a pad i do have a fair bit of experience in this field lol.......firstly, remember that the decision-making by the spun is affected a lot by the track itself in terms of which way you can go in the event of being spun or half-spun.....cov at least has an accessible infield, the same can't be said for Brum and Skeg, so in those terms the spun car is only going to go one way i.e. outwards....which is the same way as all the traffic avoiding said car. Re-entering the flow of traffic is just as troublesome, and tbh it's my biggest beef from the 'regularly gets spun' point of view, in that the cars on your inside (if you're recovering from the outside of the turn) always seem to think you're going to evaporate into thin air and not be there on the outside of the corner exit, hence you get swiped up the wall again and again as they continue to pursue their 'normal' line and then have a bit of a dig in chat for compromising their line..... Mav, my friend, feel free to take a leaf from my book.....and bloody ignore em lol. For the faster drivers, i'm sure it can be frustrating to be 'blocked' by someone who's been spun in front of you but take my word for it, it wasn't by choice that we're facing the wrong way and we just want to be back in the fray as quickly as possible. sounds like you have the units in metric, look for the units section in settings and set to imperial (and i think that should be RR 20 RF 23 btw)

i think its heat 5 thats missing m8, i did 2,3,4,6 and 7 and i cant see the heat in the middle that i wasnt in.......just my luck tbh, they didnt even miss out a heat i might've scored in Didn't have the best of nights tbh, but that's crap setups and pads for ya (lol) but it was good to be part of such a big meet....its only a pity that a few left so early but hey, its a hobby . After the 5th in my first race, it was a bit of a kick in the stones to have two bad heats after that, but the 4th in heat 6 (yes, it was heat 6 lol) was timely and made the night feel a bit less long. As mentioned by Tosh, the lengthening shadows through the evening and the floodlights coming on as we were gridded for the final were brill, really added to the atmosphere so grats to the admins for thinking that through so well and congrats also to admin for a very slick meeting overall. Finally, many congratulations to Kruiz for taking the title......I couldn't believe it wasn't tosh tbh, he lapped me twice, the 2nd time very near the end and i thought that was in the bag.....hey ho, thats stock cars for ya Cheers again.....hopefully we'll have some new cars for you for Cov, but don't quote me on that Thanks again and best wishes ...... wrighty

Hi chaps, Just a couple of things..... 1: Anyone who isn't a member on the UKSOM forum....you're still welcome to join but, thanks to the pill and porn-pushers, we've had to make the new memberships 'by application' so PLEASE ensure if you request to join the board you either PM either drumbstick or me so we can authorise the application and PLEASE use a name we'll recognise (your username here would be perfect for cross-checking for instance). 2: We're hard at work at UKSOM Towers finalising details for the next release so if you feel an I needs dotting or a T needs crossing (as they say) then shout up please. We've tried to incorporate our assessment on the features in the physics that needed improving or tweaking, and we've tried also to incorporate your assessments, so if there's anything else that you wish us to consider then please feel free to say....don't be offended if we can't deal with it for this release (like the sounds, that's a can of worms lol) but we're trying to include as much of the feedback as we can.
