its about the same spec as mine m8, bu would benefit from more ram initially and maybe a better graphics card.....i'm torn whether to replace the motherboard for a better cpu or not so i'm going cheap with ram and graphics (hopefully yours is a PCI-E board and those are onboard graphics spec you list) then doing the cpu last. should be ok m8 not the best but i've seen rf run quite capably on less.

you need to install the 1.72e patch i assume m8, check what patch the server is set to.

ah now i think on m8 if you have the old pre-update cookie in, you'll need to bin it and set a new one from the board, given that we had to sign in using the registered e-mail address

it's been fine for me m8, stayed logged in.....you'll need to enable cookies though, even if it's only for this site as an exception

hi mini, Looks like you're missing the latest common.res file which includes the later wheels that were made for the game - attached below, extract the common.res from the zipfile and copy it into your main hotrod folder inside the nascar heat folder. looks like the rfm's gone into the right place to allow the mod to work, but you've extracted the car folder to the wrong place. Ensure you have the mod folder (miniRX) inside the vehicles folder. All car mods go into Vehicles folder, all track mods go into Locations folder .....assuming you have rFactor installed to its default location of course.....if you have it on a 2nd hard drive, or have re-named your main HD something else apart from C: in which case self-installers (I think the minis was an exe) won't work, so make sure you have RF installed in the default location (C:/program files)

hi m8, having a nightmare atm with me own skins, keep getting a wheel error on the wainT chassis when i try to check mine out - got skins for spike tar & shale but i might be struggling to put mine up for midnight......

hi leech, if u go to start>all programs>autodesk from your taskbar start button, you should find there is a 'change graphics mode' option available. on mine (max8) if u select that it launches the program then opens a dialog box to select direct3d or openGL, i've always used openGL for max without a problem, and it looks no different from your screen, so might be worth a try....... Sibbs, in the 'customize' dropdown at the top, go to 'showUI' and check 'show command panel' is ticked
